Reviews do help in making the decision but ultimately speaking to someone goes a long way as well.I was nervous about ordering for my cousins funeral because the last time I ordered this same plant, (different florist, different state) all the blooms were rotten and brown. I was stunned when I arrived and saw what that florist delivered for the price.A country rose is worth every penny! Not only was the ordering process easy but the sweet lady I spoke to on the phone the next day, was absolutely wonderful! She answered all my questions and the business went above and beyond by calling the church where the service was held to verify the details of delivery. Thats customer service!! The cherry on top was the picture they sent (which is customary for them) of the gorgeous, lush green peace lily I ordered. That means so much after losing such a beloved family member. Let me tell you why.My wife and I recently welcomed our first child into the world, and while my wife was still in labor, her mother ordered us a basket of sweets and a succulent garden from Country Rose. Because of our apartment complexs package policies, nobody was present to receive it, and in the confusion, the delivery driver left it on our front porch.Someone stole it. All $150+ dollars worth of succulents and the basket of sweets. Even the little stuffed giraffe meant for our infant daughter.Of course, my apartment complex told me they couldnt guarantee packages, yada yada. No help at all.But when they found out what had happened, Country Rose replaced *the entire gift* COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.How they can get away with that kind of awesome generosity and kindness is beyond me, since I know profit margins have to be slim these days. But my wife and I were elated to receive the gift in spite of the coldness and cruelty of whoever stole it, and we have Country Rose to thank for such a heartwarming gesture.I definitely recommend this shop and its employees. Everyone who I spoke with did their utmost to be helpful and went above and beyond for us. I live in Atlanta and ordering flowers over the phone is always a bit tricky, but not only are they AMAZING, patient, and incredibly helpful on the phone, but the flowers are fresh, beautiful, and very nicely arranged! A Country Rose was closed so I made the mistake of trying one of the 1-800 delivery companies. The 1-800 company failed to deliver on her birthday! I cancelled the order and sent an email to A Country Rose. As before, they did not disappoint! They worked with me to capture the colors, and style that my friend would truly appreciate. Comment: I live in CT and always call a local florist in the town and State that I need to deliver them for me. My friend lives in Tallahassee FL and I read reviews and website. I was not disappointed at all. They email you receipt with a picture of arrangement. My friend birthday is in the month of December so I wanted something seasonal with some flowers so after flowers are gone it’s still a beautiful arrangement. It’s like getting a 2 for 1. Staff was pleasant and made me feel comfortable ordering over the phone. My friend had tears of happiness so I told her to highly recommend A Country Rose Florist to her family and friends.

Comment: YASSSSSSS! This was just a beautiful arrangement. It was my mini mis 23rd birthday. Shes in Tally and Im in Palm Bay. Couldnt get any help from 1800florist or Amazon for a same day delivery in her zip code. Sooooo I do a Google search for florist in her area...BAM ITS YOU! AWESOME JOB. Comment: They were very cooperative when I asked for a unique order on such short notice! I would highly recommend them! I sent them a picture of my floral wedding dress and they made me a bundle of flowers to match. They were very lovely and I really appreciated it!
