Comment: Danielle and her team at A Flower Shop in Pensacola have earned a great big THANK YOU / ATTABOY from me and my sisters. Our cousin from Pensacola unexpectedly lost her husband recently. A Flower Shop did a magnificent job with the Peace Lily we ordered, sending me photos once it was ready. On top of that, she made a great suggestion to include a Houndstooth bow as the deceased was a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan. If you need floral services in and around the Pensacola area, whether locally, or, like me, out of state, you absolutely must do business with this great local business, A Flower Shop!!!! Comment: This is one of those hidden treasure places. Give this place a chance and you’ll be happy you did. I came by this place by accident. A gps miscalculation and an hour out of my way, I was late to me a dear friend who just lost her father. I called a few flower places, I wasn’t really sure how to ask for “unhappy occasion” flowers… the other local shops acted like i was an idiot. Completely unwilling to help me navigate through the process of buying flowers for a sad occasion, I was about to just have some delivered to my friends home. But the woman here was beyond helpful. She was empathetic and even wrote a beautiful little card. I had literally no words come to mind when it came time to write a little note and sign my name… sometimes I just lose my ability to articulate. I was so relieved when this lovely lady came to my rescue. I will only be using this flower shop from now on. Thank you so much lady… I’m sorry I was so preoccupied that I don’t remember your name. But it’s okay, I will be back and I will never forget your face!

My first dealing with them was a panic situation .... needed white roses for a wedding cake .... they were the only ones in town who would let us buy 2 white long stem roses... not a problem it was in October2nd occasion ... the passing of my daughter.... I live in California and was trying to find a place in Florida where my sister lives, I saw their love and laughter arrangement on their website and wanted to purchase those, I didnt know that for them to be delivered the day of I needed to send in my order before 10am, since they didnt have some of the flowers to make it. Not a problem at all, it was short notice on my part, the lady knew which arrangement I was talking about and said she could make up one similar. They were stunning. Completely exceeded my expectations! Well worth the value and more! Thank you sooo much, definitely the best arrangement Ive ever recieved or purchased! I was able to order online within 10 mins and spoke with them on the phone just after and they hands down provided me with a better service then I have ever gotten from any other flower shop in the Pensacola area. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

Comment: I buy these for my wife every few months and I would like to say that this is the ONLY place I will ever buy flowers from for her. The prices are very reasonable and the flower arrangements are beyond fantastic. I do not have anything negative to say about this store. The delivery always arrives at the perfect time and there are no issues of me purchasing flowers while I am stationed overseas. My wife is always stunned by the beauty of their arrangements.

Comment: I ordered an arrangement from the website, It well exceeded my expectations and actually had more flowers than in the picture, My friend said it was the prettiest arrangement she had ever received. I will definitely use this store again!
