Not only did she create a stunning display but she did so with less than 24 hours notice. They honestly transformed the space and were the best part of the memorial. Comment: The service here is awesome...The florist was professional and very knowledgeable of her flower business. She had beautiful pictures of the different arrangements and pieces that she has done. The prices was not outrageous and she was able to work with me and my budget to get the Family Spray needed for my Dads Funeral. The flowers picked out was beautiful and went well with Dads Casket. I really Appreciated everything that was done for our family considering we were from out of town and not familiar with the area. Ms. Glenda and Mr. Elder went out of their way to make us feel at home and was able to refer us to someone else to helpout with another personal issue. They are a very caring couple and bring meaning to A Touch of Class! This is A Great Place to Go for your Flower Needs and more. Mrs. Truss is a woman of her word, something that you do not find a lot of these days, by making sure my wifes family had a wonderful family spread for their father. Comment: When is a florist more than a florist?Recently my father passed away and my siblings and I had the opportunity to work with A Touch of Class Florist. Needless to say dealing with the death of a parent is a sad time; making the final arrangements —very stressful and if this is a new experience, its also scary. Working with Glenda made this situation better than it couldve been working with any other florist She listened, gave advice, shared wisdom, resources and walked us through the process. Most of all she delivered—more than we imagined. The spray that she prepared for our father was absolutely stunning—the flowers were the best in quality, the perfect color and something Dad would have liked—totally breathtaking.We were also faced with the sad task of packing up our fathers home. Glenda came through for us then too. She had some packing material left over from her shipments; she and her husband graciously GAVE them to us. They even called around to see if they could find even more for us—totally beyond their call of duty.Its one thing to be a good service provider, but its something special when in a few short days you do for strangers, what only friends and family would do. Comment: These folks are terrific!My son arrived at the Navy base Christmas week. We found out at the last minute that he was allowed to have deliveries. These wonderful people put together a basket of treats and took them out to the Navy base at 5 oclock on Christmas Eve!
