We lost a few after soaking, called company and sent pictures of the damages.Today 2 days later received a new box of plants! So excited , didnt expect the replacement. What a great company! Comment: I ordered wholesale air plants for my 13yo’s entrepreneurial artisan market. He is making upcycled art pieces (thrift store finds) for the sale. All of the 60 plants arrived healthy but had no color, so I reached out to them that he was bummed all were in green tones - they immediately sent a bunch w color! Thank you so much - you all rock!!

Comment: I placed my first order ($120) in February 2022. I was a little nervous ordering live plants online. I wanted to write this to say that everything was great and still is! All the plants are doing great and only one urchin shell was damaged-but that was totally my fault. They are part of a hanging sea themed window display. I am getting ready to order again. Comment: Jill kept good communication up through email. Recieved everything a little late but of no fault of company. The xerographica got sick from shipping but the next day they shipped out a replacement. All the rest were good healthy plants. I got a free airplant and through an picture email they told me what it was. I was happy with the order and monday i am expecting my second order to in and the xerographica replacement. I would order from this company again.

Comment: Ordered one Tillandsia hybrid Sparkler on Friday and recieved it and a free bonus T. Caput Medusae this morning (Monday). Plants arrived looking hydrated and altogether very well cared for. My only critique is that the packaging could have been a little more insulated. The plants were cool to the touch when I removed them from the package and its only about 65 today (thankfully). I do, however, understand the risks of ordering tropical plants to Michigan this time of year. So, it is most definitely forgiveable that they werent as well packaged as Ive had other tropicals come delivered. Maybe in the future they will be more conscientious of their customers in the north and the short time the plants may spend on the doorstep.

Comment: We ordered air plants in bulk for our wedding favors from Air Plant Supply Co and were so pleased with the results. We were able to order in advance and have them arrive a few days before the wedding (you can call and request this, and the customer service reps are very nice). All the air plants were in good condition when they arrived. We ordered the air plants that come in wine corks with a magnet on the back to put on your refrigerator - very cute and worked great as our favors.

Comment: Air plants are fascinating, but i didnt know what i was doing so I love that this company replaces my sick or dead plants for a month. Its like getting a second chance. Comment: I ordered wholesale kits for a fundraiser and had a great experience, from ordering to receiving. There were a few bags that were missing the decorative sand dollar and sea star, but I was able to use other items I had (sea glass) to supplement them. I will use them again for another fundraiser.

Comment: I wrote and this company pleasantly CALLED ME BACK!The plants I ordered were small but healthy, so I ordered more.I ordered the discounted plants in need of loving care. SURPISINGLY, they look GREAT with very little damage at all. I alo ordered several red abdita beacause, unlike most, they are not artificially colored which I do NOT like!I recommend this company to tilly lovers looking for bargains.

Comment: My air plant order was perfect. From the beginning of picking it out to the time it arrived on my doorstep, everything was swift and easy. I ordered a very large African Mopani Wood piece that came with three air plants to assemble on it. All pieces were packaged with care. Comment: I love my air plants from air plant supply! I have been ordering for a few years now and each time i feel like a kid at christmas! Plants are always beautiful and packaged just like a present. I espcially love their selection of terrariums, so much to choose from i just want to collect them all. What started as buying gifts for friends turned into an air plant addiction. Both christian and jody have been wonderful helping replace any plants or glass that didnt quite make it and their speedy shipping always insures that i get my stuff within just a few days. All of the plants were in excellent condition when they arrived and the numerous glass pieces were packed well with lots of padding. Ill order from them again when I need some more air plants!

Comment: Plants arrived when I was told they would, were in excellent condition, were shipped with clear concise instructions for care, and still look great despite the widely varying ambient conditions theyre subjected to in the room they adorn. Id order more, but I dont anticipate a very fast turnover with the ones I have.

Comment: We have been ordering from the air plant supply co for years. The terrariums and little plants make the cutest gifts- nobody has ever been disappointed with their air plant. I have a small collection at home and have passed the air plant bug onto many friends. I recently had to make a change to an order and Jody was so nice and pulled my order to add plants to it. Comment: The airplants arrived in a very timely fashion and neatly packed, specimens were large and healthy. The website has very useful info for care and advice. I chose to attach mine by wire to yucca poles (see photo). I had trouble with a few initial plants, and Christian immediately sent out replacements. Excellent customer service! I am looking forward to ordering more!
