Comment: One of the BEST florists I have ever dealt with and tremendously worthy of a five star review.I live eight hours away from Panama City and was challenged because I was hosting a brunch and needed centerpieces for twelve tables and a large buffet table. I selected AK Florist because it was close to the venue and had good reviews.Angel went to the site, made accurate and timely suggestions and absolutely “nailed it” with his recommendations. His arrangements were spectacular and I felt they were reasonably priced. He even draped the stairway handrail which was way above and beyond, and very much appreciated. The bride and guests as well as the venue were tremendously impressed. So was I!THANK YOU Angel!!!

Comment: Thank you for your excellent customer service...from the ease of ordering online from 200 miles away...to the care and understanding of your designer taking the item I ordered and turning into an amazing Mother’s Day arrangement (I saw a picture of the beautiful finished product)...to the phone call I received when the delivery person was outside my elderly mother (honoring my order notation that she was hard of hearing)...to the delivery driver waiting to make sure she got it inside. During such a crazy time it was inspiring to see heroes...even at a florist. Thank you and everyone at your business...you are all much appreciated.

Comment: Flowers were not fresh when delivered. Water was murky and there were several dead stems of greenery and daisies that were past their prime. Other flowers in arrangement were pretty. I ended up taking out the dead stuff and rearranging the rest of the bouquet. Disappointed! However...Update on flowers.. I received a call from the owner of the shop who apologized and wanted to make the situation right. I was offered a replacement bouquet which arrived the next day and it was gorgeous. Thank you for following through with quality and concern for your customers! MBJ
