Comment: I have driven by Al’s and seen delivery trucks out on the road for years now, so I’m not sure what took me so long to order from them!I needed to order sympathy flowers for delivery. I placed my order online on a Friday after 6pm and the flowers were delivered the next day around 3pm! I appreciated the easy ordering online and the confirmation emails that were sent the order was placed, received, and delivered.Pricing was competitive with the online companies I have ordered from in the past, but the service was much better and I’m so happy to support a local business. Their online ordering system (I use on mobile) is SO easy and whoever designed it/ clearly built it keeping user experience in mind. Easy to login my account and pay- and that’s the way it should be in E-commerce. I also like how they have a reminder feature so every year they send me an email which allows me to have one less thing to think about. Delivery has alway been on time without issue. 10/10 and will continue to use Al’s!

Dustin was my first point of contact. He help me pick the bouquet and the thing it came in. He was so patient with me and walked me through each option. And he had a tone that sounded like he genuinely cared about getting just the right bouquet. He then set up everything for delivery, including the time it needed to be there by. The next person to take charge of this delivery was Jay. He was on time, so nice to my friend and even sang her happy birthday in the middle of her store, in front her staff and customers. When I say he truly made her day, is a gross understatement. She was so happy with the flowers, the delivery guy and being made to feel even more special than she already is. A huge thank you to the entire staff at Als for making everything so effortless for me. And for making my friends day. Highly recommend this florist to anyone.

The first time I saw my bridal bouquet, I couldnt believe it! The flowers were perfect and were my exact vision. When I saw the incredible arch... I almost cried. It was drop-dead gorgeous and the focus of attention for the ceremony. After the ceremony, Als Florist staff then tastefully relocated all of the flowers off the arch into my reception space so that they could be enjoyed twice. When I moved out of Florida, I relied on Als Florist with my Orders, and they always found or knew what Floral BUSSINESS to call to meet my needs. They are very particular as to whom they use out of Town, because they are dedicated to their old Customers, and to all who are receiving a Flower Arrangement. Today I ordered from Als for my Friend up in North Florida, and they knew who to call, after calling a couple of Shops who werent meeting their expectations, and thus they called me to ensure they finally found a Shop that they felt safe with for my Order. I began WITH Als way back in the early 80s, because my Grandmothers nickname was Al, and she always said that it was her Shop; (she was kidding) named after her. Well, I Have been able to keep that wonderful memory alive, because they definitely met her expectation, and that was because Gram always did things perfect, and so does Als. Your driver Duvan made an extra effort to get my arrangement to my friend after a failed first attempt (she’d been discharged from the hospital). Comment: Sent a vase of flowers to a friends mother in the hospital. He said they cheered her up and most important were gorgeous and hes very picky. At one point his mother asked about the apple in the arrangement and while he thought she was simply delirious he looked at the flowers from her vantage point and realized a beautiful flower in full bloom did actually look like a perfect apple. Very pleased!

Comment: I had a terrific experience with Als and will always use them. I sent my mother-in-law flowers for her birthday with same-day delivery. Not only did Als deliver within about 3 hours of my order, but they confirmed by email precisely when delivery was made. What really underscored how terrific they are was that my MIL actually called them to exchange the bouquet because the color didnt work for her (I did not know this until later). Als was incredibly courteous and respectful and replaced the flowers immediately with something that she loved. I do not endorse this practice but was amazed that Als was so accommodating. We all will use them in the future because of their dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service on every level.

Comment: What a great experience I had ordering flowers from Als florist. It was difficult because the flowers were for a dear friend who passed late last week. I was able to go online and pick out what I wanted to send and then I placed a phone call because I like to hear the voice of who Im doing business with. The team at Als florist was very understanding, very nice and very proficient and what they were doing. I received an email confirmation of my order and then another email confirmation of the delivery. At the service I saw the arrangement and they were absolutely beautiful. I know the family appreciated the beautiful arrangement.

I called at 10am and by 1pm my sister had the most beautiful flowers she had seen.
