Comment: We recently had a death in the family and placed an order directly through FTD since we were not local and unable to attend. Sadly, they chose a florist in our own area and mistakenly sent the arrangement directly to me at my home. They did arrange to pick it up and give me a full refund, but I still wanted to send one to our family 12 hr. away. Thankfully, the funeral home listed Always in Bloom on their site. I was able to place an order for a similar arrangement and have it delivered still in time for the service. The folks there were wonderful and took care to make sure it was perfect. Our cousin sent us a photo of it and it was exactly as I hoped it would be. I should have called them to begin with. Thank you.

A very nice and thoughtful man (sorry, Im terrible with names) from the shop contacted me to tell me that the plant was actually smaller than the description online and offered an alternative, more substantial plant, for the same price. I agreed and was very pleased with the beautiful recommendation. The plant was gorgeous, healthy and at the funeral parlor when I arrived. I would highly recommend this flower shop.

I went in on a Saturday about a month before my wedding (last minute, I know) needing flowers for my wedding (my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, flower girls bouquets, and a throw-away bouquet). Robert, who I believe is the manager there, was absolutely amazing. He knew his stuff, reassured me they could do everything I needed, and set up an appointment with me. Everything went flawlessly and I stayed in budget as well! Even the pickup of the flowers was easy as they provided vases for them. If I ever have any need for flowers in the future I will 100% be returning here.

I explained I was wanting something special for my Aunt that was turning 97, and is very special to me. She asked do you want something short and full, or something tall and flashy? I said let’s go tall and flashy, and boy was it! I was so proud when I got the picture of her with them. My Aunt’s voice was priceless, her excitement when she saw them!
