Comment: My grandfather was in the hospital on my grandmother birthday. Alyces tried several times to deliver he some flowers from a friend. They couldnt get at home so they called and offer to take the to another location so someone could give to my grandmother. I was so thankful for them going above and beyond to help her have some joy on such a bad day! Also the flowers were beautiful!!!

Comment: These ladies are the BEST!!! I needed flowers for a funeral within 26 hours!!! Had no idea what I wanted other than purples and pinks. Big. And 2 standing sprays and a coffin spray. I went into the shop and within a few minutes we had agreed on price and somewhat of idea what I wanted. When I went to the viewing the next day I was BLOWN AWAY!!! Thay had delivered!!!!!! The arrangements were perfect!! They were exactly what I wanted, on time, and some of the most beautiful flower arrangements I had ever seen! I can not Thank You enough for helping with such an important event!!! Whenever I need flowers this will be the only place Ill go!!!

I had this company send her flowers using their own design because I couldnt be there to choose. Well my sister in law was blown away by the beautiful design of mixed roses. I also had explained the bad experience I had with a competitor company in town.The owner personally emailed me a very sincere message and even went the extra mile and added her personal touch by including chocolates with my purchase.This is how you do good business and that extra few seconds she spent in writing the email while delivering a quality product is why you earn customers and keep them in the future. Comment: I have used Alyces florist several times, and have never be dissatisfied. The evening before the funeral, I called and ordered flowers for the next morning to be delivered. They were on time and I was told they were beautiful. Thank you for always giving me great service.
