Luis was there the whole step of the way assisting me in my purchase, answering any question I had. Through text he sent me pictures and designs and was there for any questions. There was no delays. He made me feel like I was number 1 and most important. I was able to pay through zelle which was awesome. The delivery was immediate. After making my selection and paying. He text me. Going now. He texted me pictures of handwritten note and flowers before delivery. Texted me when he was on his way and when it was delivered. And most of all he sent me a picture of her with the flowers. Excellent service. She couldnt stop talking about them and how amazing they looked. Which is the most important. Comment: I am speechless from the amazing service this florist has to offer. I had ordered my mothers birthday arrangement the day before her birthday right before Yosvis closed. I was skeptical at first from the lack of reviews but this was the closest to her house and I live 4 states away so I took a chance. I picked out the arrangement I thought she would like the best (Summer Time) and crossed my fingers that it would look similar to the picture. I was able to get a confirmation and request next day delivery at checkout. I made a special request to have an early delivery also. Again, not knowing exactly how good they were going to be, I called the next morning to follow up on my order. The lady was incredibly sweet over the phone and assured me that they would arrive around noon. Perfect! I get a confirmation email that they were delivered and a picture sent to me from my mother. To be honest, what she received was twice as good as the sample online. I loved it! Yosvis will be my go-to florist in Orlando forever. Highly recommended!
