Paul was extremely helpful in assisting me with my selection. He walked the floor to confirm exactly what was in inventory. I voiced a concern about the basket, but he quickly resolved the issue by suggesting another color to my liking. We discussed the bow, and my sentiments, and by 11:00am, my friend was texting me a picture of the plant and thanking me for such a beautiful Peace Lily!WOW.... not only was the plant delivered in under two hours of placing the order, but it was full, vibrant, and ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!My friend also received another Peace Lily from a different shop, which she included in the picture she sent me.Let me be perfectly clear here... the Peace Lily from ANGELIC FLOWERS spoke volumes as compared to the Peace Lily from the other shop. I had to laugh because when my husband ordered the flowers they questioned him on “are you sure you want this?” They said you sure this isn’t for you and want the car and she gets the flowers? You probably might be in trouble for this.. are you sure? So I’m here to tell you the 67 Chevy Camaro was absolutely PERFECT! My first car was a 67 Camaro. I was so proud of that car. I worked hard to buy it. So this gift of flowers had a huge sentimental value to me. No my husband does not get the car. He knew how much that car meant to me. I helped rebuild the motor in my car. Raced it. Cruised in it with my 2 guy friends as they had 67 Camaros too .. so the gift was absolutely perfect.. for my husband to find a place that had that was amazing.. says a lot about him.. he is still in Hawaii finishing off projects he has as he is a contractor. It’s always a huge pain ordering flowers from overseas (bc our phones don’t work when calling U.S. #s). I usually have my mom call and place the order on my behalf. I am admittedly particular when it comes to picking arrangements and it can be worrisome when you’re unsure of what you’re really paying for. My mom and I were both in awe of the customer service we were shown by Jeanne. My mom spoke volumes of how nice she was on the phone. She even offered a discount when she realized we are military. 💙🇺🇸❤️ I had an unusually long message I wanted to add on the card and Jeanne gave my mom her personal phone number and asked her to text the message to ensure she’d get it right! After confirming the message, what type of flowers I wanted, and offering the discount... they sent a picture of the finished product before it was delivered to make sure it was perfect! This caliber of customer service is so refreshing! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Angelic flowers!

A popular online flower company let me down and were unable to deliver the flowers I ordered for a funeral in time for the service, even though I ordered them two days in advance. I wasnt told about it until the evening before the funeral, after every flower shop was closed and the funeral was the next morning. I was in tears...Luckily I was able to get in contact with Angelic Flowers the next morning a mere couple hours before the funeral and they were able to make a beautiful arrangement for me and get it to the funeral home before the service!
