I ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday and there was a slight delay in the pick up as the supplier with some of the flowers for the arrangement hadn’t arrived yet. But they were very professional and kind and in the end offered me a free delivery to make up for the delay. And the arrangement came out gorgeous.
