Jill put together a Florida Gator Wreath that was over the Top, Beautiful. I mean it stood out and popped exactly how I wanted it to. She went above and Beyond for me, and I will be for ever Grateful for the Hard work that went into to it. I was told it was a Show Stopper ! It was so Exceptional, She took her time with me and knew exactly what I wanted, it was Very Detailed. The woman I spoke to was very nice, and they had the flowers that I wanted, in the colors I requested (if they didnt, I would have trusted their own design). They were for a birthday, and Apopka Florist delivered within a few hours after I called. I received a call from the recipient who was so incredibly happy and told me how absolutely beautiful the flowers were. Then everyone that was there got on the phone and told me how beautiful they were. I am so thankful for the wonderful customer service, the delivery, and for the beautiful work that they do. After meeting with Apopka Florist (Mary specifically), they made my wedding flower dreams come true! Honestly, I don’t think I could’ve dreamt of anything more perfect for my wedding! Even my “Hidden Mickeys” were incorporated tastefully and beautifully into my centerpieces and my bouquets. If I could do it all over again, I would still choose Apopka Florist! Comment: We walked into the shop at 1030 am on a Friday and requested a bridal bouquet, 2 boutonnieres, and 5 flower arrangements in vases for a wedding in the afternoon. Helen was just wonderful. She didnt flinch, even though they were very busy, and walked us through what we wanted. 4 hours later, we picked up all the flowers and they far exceeded our expectations. The bridal bouquet was wrapped in a beautiful ribbon with the stems showing, so I was able to place it in a vase to keep the flowers fresh after the wedding. We highly recommend Apopka Florist!

I placed another order from them thursday online after ordering about 2 weeks ago. i had a terrible incident with one of those online chain flower places. I found Apopka Florist the day after my daughters birthday and placed an order. they said they would deliver her flowers later in the day. not only were the flowers she received beautiful but they delivered them within an hour after me placing the order. she was super happy. they had made right someone elses mistake. i placed an online order through their website on thursday night to be delivered before or after a certain time for my daughters virtual graduation. they came through again delivering them in the morning another beautiful arrangement that surprised my daughter and made her so happy. this is the only florist i will ever use or recommend :)

Comment: I did not get the name of the women I spoke with but she was wonderful. The last couple days has been stressful for us. We had two family members pass away in a few days. My brother in law passed away in Florida (we live in Iowa). I looked up the funeral home and ordered the flowers thru them. I have been checking my credit card to see if it went thru. I called the Funeral Home and they said they did not deal with the flowers. So today (the service is tomorrow) I frantically called the florist. It was almost closing time but the employee I spoke with was so calm and looked up the information and assured me the flowers would be delivered by 10 am in the morning for the visitation and even gave me a verification number. Mother knew what she wanted but couldn’t find the exact arrangement in a photo. The employees at Apopka Florist were friendly, extremely patient and accommodating as I described what my mother wanted and then called back to make a change in the wording on the card. The next day we saw the arrangement at the service and it was extraordinarily beautiful. Better than we had envisioned and my mother was extremely pleased.
