Comment: I had recently moved to Florida from Pennsylvania, and it was my birthday, (September) the first one away from home. My mother apparently called my work to find out the new zip code and google some local florists to send me flowers. She said she called about 3-4 of them before just on her own googling and finding apple blossom. All of the other florists were either unwilling or wanting to charge her a rush fee because it was so close to the delivery date which to be honest, I think was the same day. So everyone was trying to tell her they were charging 50 rush charge. My mom spoke to someone with apple blossom and got me flowers sent to my job on the same day. They didn’t charge her extra or give her a hard time. When I called to thank my mom for the gorgeous flowers she couldn’t speak highly enough about this business. So much so that I felt compelled To call them and thank them for my beautiful flowers and for the kindness they extended to my mom. It was a hard time with me moving so far away. The woman I spoke to was so nice. I will give all of my business to her going forward. They even sent my mother a thank you card for using them!! I hope all the other floral companies continue to push people away and they all find apple blossom florist. Thank you , for everything.

I live in Hawaii and my mom lives in Florida and I have tried to send her flowers many times in the past with other florists and they have all been a let down. Gave her a dollar amount and hoped for the best. Louis received the flowers with in a few hours of my call. He was blow away, the colors and style of this contemporary design. Comment: Wow, where to even start. I recently just lost my father and the morning of his service was notified there were no pictures or flowers arranged by anyone. I walked into Apple Blossom hours before I needed to be at my fathers service and was greeted with the warmest of smiles and service. I asked for the flowers to be purple, as that was his favorite color. I was told to go run the rest of my errands and by the time I got back they would be ready. Not only were they ready, they were the most beautiful arrangements, all different sizes, purple vasses and purple flowers and in a nifry box for easy transportation. Just absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for helping me out in such a time crunch and devastating time. The service and flowers were nothing short of perfect! This place will always have a special place in my heart, you got yourself a lifetime customer.

My friend had a hospital stint and a group of friends wanted to send over flowers, since I am not local, I googled places near her and found Apple Blossom. I am so glad I did. I wasnt really in a rush for the flowers to get to her since I know how busy Mothers Day is, but Apple Blossom got the flowers to her on Mothers Day!! A day early!! And I was not expecting that at all! Apple Blossom, you have no idea how much your excellent customer service and BEAUTIFUL bouquet meant to both the recipient and the givers. Shes a single mom and just came out of the hospital and so this was able to brighten her day even more! There was an honest mix-up on the delivery and I expected a hassle getting it squared away. Not only were there no questions asked, but the mix-up was straightened out and a beautiful, larger-than-ordered plant delivered. It was in rememberance of my Uncles one year passing and my Aunt was touched that the young, delivery lady carried the heavy plant inside for her. Kudos to a great, family owned business. The order was placed around 10:45am.Less than 2 minutes later I called back to ask about a special touch Id like added to the arrangement. I spoke with a different associate than the person I originally placed the order with, she was actually already in the process of creating the arrangement. When I asked about the additional touch she was very accommodating with my inquiry.Within a hour of placing the order I received a message on how beautiful the flowers were. I purchased the pitcher of joy because it was adorable and the bouquet was lovely and the product given looked exactly like the picture. Once Robert was able to talk to the vendor, he followed up by letting me know they had it. The arrangement was delivered same day just after lunch perfect timing for my friend who had just lost her grandfather. It was the perfect cheer-me-up with her favorite flower the hydrangea. I will be using them again! Great service!

Comment: The owners are great to work with. I requested a dozen roses to be sent to my fiancé for her birthday. A few hours later I get a call of shock and awe from her, the arrangement was beautiful! When I finally got home and seen them they looked fresh out of the garden neatly prune and in a beautiful vase as requested, I smelled the beautiful aroma of roses as soon as I open the door! I normally dont go out of my way to post positive reviews over flowers, but Ive had disappointments before using other florist. Furthermore, the prices charged is why Apple blossom comes in 1st they are reasonably priced and quality doesnt suffer. I even received a phone call after the delivery was completed to ensure they made it there in a timely matter and to inform me of the shock and awe of my fiancé face of joy and happiness! Perhaps they went over board with the phone call but I appreciate it !!! Thanks guys

Comment: Apple Blossom Florist was an excellent choice for our outdoor wedding at Leu Gardens. The bouquets were gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. She also helped me create the perfect centerpieces at the reception as well as providing hydrangeas for the cake. I was so thankful that they helped my wedding day be so beautiful and run smoothly.

Comment: Lizz did a beautiful job on our wedding flowers. I showed her a Pinterest inspiration board of what I was looking for, and she made great suggestions for flowers that would be in-season and affordable. I had never heard of Free Spirit roses before, but she suggested them and they were gorgeous. The bouquets, boutonnières, altar flowers, cake flowers and centerpieces all looked great. Lizz was very great with helping us decide whether we wanted to buy wholesale flowers and assemble our own centerpieces, or have Apple Blossom handle them - she broke down the cost for us both ways. She was informative, and not pushy at all. She also came in for our initial meeting on a day the shop was closed, because we were planning the wedding from out-of-town and we didnt have a very flexible schedule. We appreciated her flexibility and willingingness to work with our schedule. She had a bit of a quirky personality, so I might not recommend Apple Blossom for an uptight bride with a very specific vision, but if youre flexible and willing to take suggestions, then Apple Blossom is the florist for you. Their prices were also very affordable. Overall, we were thrilled with our wedding florals.

Comment: I have been ordering from apple blossom for 15 years. Each time when I speak to the recipient of the flowers Im told they are fresh, last long and are arranged beautifully.Today I had two orders, one out in Sanford and the other way out in Ocoee. Their truck left for their deliveries but when I explained the circumstances they said they would see that both deliveries would be taken care of today. That would not have happened with a 800 number, they dont know or care about me. I am just a phone number.Ive received flowers and roses from that 800 number and the roses are done after 3 days.This shop is operated by a family that cares about their business, reputation, customers and they always always do a great job. I highly recommend this florist.

Even while they were busy, the staff took time to take my kids through their idea and make it work. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating, even during the Christmas rush. They helped make Christmas special for my little ones (and their mom)!
