I had received flowers from them but had never ordered any myself.I stopped by to order a dish garden to send condolences and a small arrangement to send my husband for our anniversary.They greeted me pleasantly (I believe it was the owner), helped me make choices, and delivered everything that day!They were running late on their deliveries, and the owner made one of the deliveries herself after the shop had closed.I will definitely use them again.

Comment: We hired this florist do our wedding flowers and when I say they did the most amazing job, I cannot put into words how much I loved everything. I asked for a lot of spring flowers, lots of color, and they exceeded my expectations with how beautiful these flowers were. I had a little bit of a tight budget and they worked with me to provide a great mix of flowers to fit within that budget. We were down a boutonniere (my fault) and they drove all the way back to deliver one more for us before the wedding started. I highly recommend you use them! I wish I had more pictures of the arrangements, as soon as my photos come through I will be sure to post them!

Comment: I needed some flowers for a dear friend in a serious hospital situation. I wanted the flowers to reflect her she’s sweet and smart! So I asked around most places didn’t respond or didn’t care but Ariel‘s flower shop made a wonderful bouquet and a horrible trip to the hospital more bearable. I would recommend them for any bouquets in this area. Great job

Comment: Friday February 12th driver Shawn arrived with the most spectacular bouquet of fresh flowers I have received in years from any florist. He was pleasant and helpful, a great ambassador for Ariels flowers. Obviously this was a Valentines Day delivery. The best part is I am posting a picture of the bouquet after they have been in my home for more than 2 weeks. Look how well they held up! A sign of fresh product, well prepared, beautifully arranged and done with pride. I will recommend Ariel flowers to anyone in the Lake County. Thank you Ariels and Shawn.

Comment: I called and spoke with Diana who was AMAZING! Their selection of cute and fun stuff was pretty good too! I called fairly late in the afternoon to have flowers sent for my sister who was having surgery nearby that day, and Diana was so incredibly patient and helpful with me and talked me through my order. Im in MN and so couldnt see everything firsthand, but their website was pretty well done so I could easily see what she was describing. Since I was calling so late we werent sure if they would get to the desk before their reception doors closed but she worked with me to have the delivery person call my sisters wife and have them hand delivered to the room. Talking about going the extra step! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

She helped walk us through different arrangement styles as well as flower options to help with availability and price. We even did centerpieces that we didnt think we would do because of cost!
