Comment: Lena provided the flower arrangements for both my Welcome Dinner and my Wedding Reception. Fantastic!!! I gave a general idea about what I wanted at the Welcome Dinner - tropical themed. She knocked it out of the park!! Very attentive to detail, prompt and organized. This florist was the best vendor of all the vendors (band, caterer, hotel, reception hall, printer) that I used. The lest stressful to deal with in a time when that is most needed. Will use this florist for future events.

The online ordering process was very easy. What was delivered was exactly as pictured on the website and even more beautiful as well as delivered within the timeframe requested. Comment: Absolutely over the top service. Ordered roses for Valentine’s Day. They were gorgeous…however they began to deteriorate after just one day. I send a note to the company to simply inform them. Not only did they respond to my email, the owner…repeat, the OWNER drove to the recipient’s address, picked up the roses, then hand delivered a fresh beautiful bouquet.Again, over the top customer service. I will forever use Art of Petals for any and all flower needs. Thank YOU!

Comment: I ordered the crystalized amethyst - which was a set of two beautiful orchid plants (one white and one purple) set in a wooden boxed planter. It was for a sympathy gift and I was told by the recipient that it was absolutely beautiful; she was so touched by the gesture and was in tears when she called to thank me. I selected this plant set based on the image I saw on the Art of Petals website. I am pleased that the sentiment I wanted to convey - really hit home. Kudos to them as they delivered it within two hours of my order. Appreciate the timeliness as I asked for same day before 5PM. (I am in NYC and my recipient is in Florida). Not only Lena suggested a great bouquet but also helped me write a sweet note) The flowers were beautiful, so much bigger than expected, extremely plentiful and luscious. They are very friendly and invited me to be apart of the designing of my arrangements, allowing me to choose the flowers and overall layout. I was very satisfied with their services. I reccomend them to anyone that needs any type of floral arrangement for any occasion.
