Comment: I called this shop because we had received flowers that potentially were toxic to our cats. The lady who answered the phone told us exactly what the flowers were. It turned out that they were potentially toxic, and she graciously offered to exchange the flowers for something different. I work for a vet clinic and found out that I didn’t really need to exchange the flowers (they were Peruvian Lillies which are not toxic compared to most other Lillies which are fatally toxic). The fact that she offered was incredibly kind and goes above and beyond of what I would’ve expected. On top of that, the arrangement was gorgeous!Would highly recommend going here for your flowers and will be ordering through them from now on.

Comment: Last minute needed flowers delivered for a Grand Opening of my customers business. Called at 11am for same day delivery, spoke with the owner Amanda and she assured me they would be there. Comment: I am so impressed with Avril’s. Yesterday, I walked in wanting a fall flower arrangement and walked out less than an hour later with a beautiful custom arrangement. It had a nice variety of fresh, colorful flowers and the size of the arrangement was larger than I had expected. My past experiences with florists were lots of money paid for surprisingly small arrangements. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

Comment: I requested a custom arrangement via the web. Avrils delivered this perfect arrangement based on my request: Mom likes unique flowers and design - oriental-ish, strong lines. Orchids, lilies, protea, green flowers. Not a round bouquet of carnations. Id love it if you can create something unusual and wonderful! Feel free to be weird.
