Comment: I am out of state and needed a special order for a funeral, and I had very little time. Lilly went WAY above and beyond to accommodate me. The arrangement was exactly what I asked for and it was delivered to the funeral home with zero issues. She even sent me a photo of the finished product to put me at ease. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone both locally and out of state!! Thank you so much Lilly!!

Comment: Customer service was awesome but I don’t feel the product was worth the price. This was $125, and it looks very similar to other arrangements on their site priced about half of what I paid. I am disappointed in this product.Update- the company has reached out to me to rectify this situation. Again the customer service at this business is outstanding. For that reason I will improve the rating, as I really appreciate them wanting to make my experience better.
