I frantically explained to her that I needed a spray for a casket by 9:30am as another company took my order and last minute said they couldn’t deliver until 12, which was 2 hours too late for the burial. Bella Florals jumped into action to save the day and provided a beautiful spray for the casket. I was willing to take any spray given the time constraints but they ended up executing exactly what I was looking for. Extremely grateful for this small business with a big heart.

She was patient and encouraging at every step, helped work within our budget, and was even able to pivot to add an additional small bouquet 2 weeks prior to our wedding (11.12.22). She delivered our bouquets and boutonniere in vases directly to our door before heading to our reception dinner space (CJ’s on the Bay) with our table centerpieces – all on time/early (which was VERY appreciated on such a special and busy morning). Throughout the planning process, she walked us through the pros/cons of a hybrid of artificial + real florals, which was incredibly helpful given that we were planning from out-of-state and worked out perfectly with the Marco Island heat/humidity. Every single guest commented on the elegance of the flowers (see photos)! We cannot thank her (and her team) enough for her beautiful work.

This is kind of funny but maybe just a glitch or oversight. More importantly, the size of the bouquet was about 1/3 the size of the as shown picture that I selected. I called today at noon and spoke to Denise....She was so personable and really cared about the occasion and making sure that she put together something very very special for me. Above and beyond does not begin to describe my experience and satisfaction... She personally selected the flowers AND beautifully arranged them AND delivered them to the 17th floor of my loved ones apt building before 2pm in the POURING RAIN!!! I also received pictures at every step of the way.....She really gave me a personal touch and treated me and my loved ones like family. Try getting that treatment from one the flower mills online!!! Not a single thing was going right for our event planning, and Denice was extremely friendly and helpful and figured out what our budget was and in less than 48 hours had ~30 mini base bouquets packed and ready early for our pick up ! We were able to show her our intended color scheme and the vases we bought, and without hesitation she and her team took all of the worry stress of the flower portion of event away! 5 stars, 100% recommend! She made recommendations based off of only a few discussions! My wedding was a destination wedding, so everything was based over the phone and email - no issues!! Theresa made my wedding day easy - I didnt have to worry about a thing when it came to the floral arrangements, candles, table settings - she ran with it all! From her prompt flower drop offs prior to the ceremony to her set up before the reception - the full service was great! Theresa was so easy to work with - she was flexible and totally open to making recommendations and delivering on her promise and at a fair price point! Comment: I just want to thank Theresa for the most beautiful wedding flower arrangements ever. Seriously. She went above and beyond. I know nothing about flowers and went into our initial meeting letting her know that I wanted simple, white flowers with greenery for our wedding at my parents house. I never specified types or anything, just let her run with that as she is the professional. And thank goodness I did, the flowers she delivered day of were beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.She was flexible with changes (we added cake flowers and flower girl hair flowers last minute) and she had no problems with that. In addition, I found out after the wedding that she even made a trip back to her shop to instantly create flower arrangements for our arch (the arch shape was changed from simple box to a round arch) and she immediately worked with us and made it beautiful.
