Comment: I wanted a traditional sweet sixteen corsage with sugar cubes for my granddaughters birthday and they went above and beyond to make it happen! Within a few hours they got the sugar cubes, put it together and delivered it!!! It came out absolutely perfect and my granddaughter loved it! I would highly recommend them!

Comment: I am so extremely happy with Bella Flowers Designers Inc located in Ocala & I’ll explain why. I live in Maryland and totally forgot to order my mom flowers for Mothers day so I searched for a florist that was located near her. Thankfully I came across this shop! I ordered at the last minute, and they called me to let me know that they sold out of the vase that came with the order so they were replacing it with another vase (she picked such a beautiful vase btw). The lady on the phone was so sweet and professional. Then she called the next day (love that) to ask me if it was ok to leave the flowers on my mothers doorstep since she wasn’t home. Finally, just look at the flowers! SO BEAUTIFUL. My mom loves them. I would give this place 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much for making my moms Mother’s Day amazing.

Arrangement was as ordered, fresh and beautiful 😍..Flowers were delivered earlier then expected, I happen to not be home at the time of delivery, they called me and texted me, asked where Id like them to be placed to remain safe, and concluded with if they arent in good condition when I arrive home, they will replace them with a new arrangement . 100% recommend 👌

They have a huge selection which really impressed me, since I really wasnt sure what sort of arrangement I wanted to send.I must say how impressed I was with their customer service. I mean, over the top, of which I dont even have the words for. I had a literal last minute change for the delivery because the recipient was readmitted to the hospital the day flowers were to be delivered. They graciously redirected the order and the recipient LOVED the bouquet. I wish I had a photo to attach. Unfortunately she doesnt have a cell phone (so couldnt take a photo for me), but she and her husband gushed over them. It really brightened her mood. Im so thankful to this florist and their caring service.Again, thank you! You reduced a stressful moment with your kindness.

I’m there at 9am when they open, the flowers are always done and they put in fresh water before I leave. I live in Colorado and a dear friends elderly mother was going into surgery the day after I called this florist. I requested the smiley cup/bowl flower arrangement to brighten up her day. The florist sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement via text. The arrangement was delivered the same day and my friends elderly mother Loved the arrangement and her family sent me photos as well. I am grateful that I called this florist and I was helped on such a short notice. I appreciate all the employees of the shop for their excellent customer service! Thank you!

Comment: If I could give them 10 stars I would without a doubt. First this is one of the best if not the best florist I have ever dealt with. They were recommended by another excellent florist that couldnt help me on a particular day. When I called I spoke with an individual that I could immediately tell was really going to be very helpful. She took my order and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. But the big deal is that it was extremely inclement weather and when they got to the house no one was home and there wasnt any place to leave them that they would not have been damaged. So the delivery person made some other stops and came back to the house and actually waited for the person to come home. This meant so much to me. They are incredible. With this service and fantastic product they are definitely incomparable.

Comment: Oh My GOODNESS!!!!As someone who has worked for a floral design company, I was a bit anxious to order a funeral arrangement from Massachusetts, knowing I wouldn’t get to see it or express the sympathy to my family through a special arrangement myself.Baldwin Brothers Funeral home had suggested that I contact Bella Flowers Designers. Not only did Gabriela and Petry meet my expectations- but EXCEEDED them. They listened carefully to what was important to me to be included in the arrangement. The colors and flowers chosen were absolutely PERFECT. Not only did they listen, but really cared enough to go the “ extra mile” (knowing I wouldn’t see the arrangement in person) they actually took and sent me a video of the arrangement! It sincerely brought tears to my eyes. They are INDEED a wonderful floral business and would encourage anyone needing a GREAT floral designer- to use them for any special occasion! Comment: My experience from beginning to end with this amazing place was just such an enjoyable and refreshing experience. I needed a small tropical arrangement to place on top of my moms bday cake created for my moms 71st bday and it was an extremely special bday as I have not been able to spend my moms birthday together for many many years, so this meant alot to me to be just perfect. When I called all the other flower shops around ocala they all said they had nothing as far as tropical looking flowers like orchids or even anything similar that was bright and similar and I wont name names but many even gave me attitudes and I have no reason why.. As if my request was foreign or a huge bother.... , when I went into this place I believe it was the owner or manager who helped me she showed me all the different beautiful flowers she had in stock and assured me she could do it.... And stay in my price range.. Well lets just say what her and and her team created was absolutely beyond my expectations, I was incredibly grateful and pleased not just with the beautiful cake topper she made but the customer service, not once did I feel rushed and was treated so kindly which is very uncommon in alot of places you go now adays... All and all this place gets 6 stars not 5 !!!I highly suggest using them for any floral needs you might need.. Thank you again Ladies again, my Mom and Family absolutely loved your creation.
