Customer service was excellent and they achieved everything I requested. I also found their prices for custom displays to be more than fair, Publix would not have done this for me. Comment: Lovely woman answered the phone and was able to save the day for my stepmother’s birthday. I ordered from an 800 number the night before who had promised delivery today only to call me late afternoon saying they would not be able to make it happen. This lovely woman and they’re awesome shop were able to get the flowers ordered and delivered within minutes right in Ocala Florida. 🙌🏼❤️

Comment: They exceeded my expectations! I initially almost bought a pre-made silk bouquet from Hobby Lobby, but Im so glad I went with Belleview Florist instead! It was totally worth it! Let me start off with this, I dont know much of anything about flowers.... So, when it came time to pick out my bridal bouquet I seriously underestimated what all was involved. I dont know names of flowers, or styles, or bouquet sizes and quantities, etc. Which I came to find out very quickly that it would be an issue when trying to convey what I was looking for in a bridal bouquet. Luckily, I went to Belleview Florist! I sat down with a very patient and kind man named Allen, he guided me through the whole process as I showed him Pintrest pictures of bridal bouquets that I liked. He was so gracious, and gave wonderful advice like, if your bouquet is too large, the focus will be on the flowers instead of on you, I personally think you shouldnt get anything above 12-14 inches, because visually it will take away from you. Plus itll help save you money. He also brought out sample flowers in silk to do a mock arrangement to help me visualize what the bouquet might look like once he ordered the live flowers, he reassured me that the bouquet was completely customizable to whatever I wanted. It took a little trust and lots of communication to come up with the style I was looking for, so needless to say I was nervous at what the final bouquet design might look like! But WOW, I was blown away with how perfect it turned out, it was everything we had discussed and more! The live bouquet was so beautiful and made me feel so special on my wedding day! Theres just something about real flowers that adds that magical touch! Thank you so much Allen for your patience and hard work!

Now my children send me flowers, and call Belleview Florist to fulfill the orders because they know, even if they dont see them in person, its for sure they will be special and I will love them. They usually send me plants because I can have them for months ( and even years when I plant them outside)In all these years I have never been disappointed with what Ive sent or what I received, and thats about the best recommendation anyone could give. Today they turned a mum into a cat to send to my Vet . So clever ! :-)

Comment: I called at 8:30 on the morning of my wifes birthday. It was two days before Valentines Day and they were swamped. I told them what I wanted and explained the situation. They put together the arrangement and had it delivered by 10:00. They flowers were beautiful and my wife loved them. I give them high praise on the quality of their product and immediate attention/delivery. Any florist that can deliver within 90 minutes of the order deserves recognition.

Ive been ordering floral arrangements and have been recommending them to people for over 14 years and not once, has there ever been any negative comments, nor has anyone ever been disappointed. Were talking a couple of hundred orders here over the years. I see them bend over backwards to make people happy and they dont price gauge. Called and asked when flowers would be delivered if they were ordered today. I was told that if they were for a funeral, they would get them there in time without even asking when it was. Quick and painless process, I was given information about how the arrangement would look and extras that would be added. Delivery charge was less than their website states.
