They let you walk around the large refrigerators and the colossal supply department. For people who love flowers, making arrangements and home goods, its definitely a kid in a candy store experience. He gave me plenty of options to choose from and gave his own professional opinion on the flower coordination, which was a huge help. Hearing that this order was for someone special, Oscar immediately had my back and went the extra miles to have the flowers and extra green filler put into a little arrangement so that the flowers would be presentable. I had chosen Berkeley because I had shopped there once in the past and wanted to give them my business again. After this experience, Ill return again and again. Comment: From the minute we walked in Shane was so helpful and kind. We told him what we wanted and that we had a tight budget to keep and he was so helpful. He was not rude because of our low budget and he gave us his professional floral point of view and suggestions. They did not have 2 of the flowers I wanted and he said the shipment was coming in soon so hed hold them for us, and it all worked out perfectly and I got all my wedding florals (bridal party of 16) for less than $300!The only down side is we didnt check the spray roses and seeded eucalyptus when picking it up and most of it was rotten so we had to clip around and use what was left, but I understand this could happen anywhere.

Comment: Berkeley is the best Florist Supply in town. They have a huge selection of Flowers, Fresh and very good price, their roses and orchids are the best.The staff is very friendly. I love this place, I recommend them!!!!

Comment: We LOVE Berkley!!!But we especially love Sean our sales guy. Sean is always ready to help, super nice, professional and attentive. If I place an order and the item came in bad condition Sean always calls to let me know so I can pick another flower or make other arrangements with time before my event. Thank you so much Sean for your expertise and your warm and happy attitude everyday. We love you!Berkleys quality is by far Miamis best. My favorite thing about buying here is the variety of exotic and rare flowers and foliage I can get.

Comment: I first bought flowers from them three years ago for my daughters wedding, and now I am buying for my sons. The costumer service is outstanding, people are very helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. Flowers are exceptionally beautiful. Thank you very much again.
