Comment: The best customer service! I’m so thankful to find a place with great customer service and incredibly beautiful flowers. I can’t wait to order from them again. This month we ordered flowers twice. Once from a major online shop and the other from Bloom In Glory. The difference was beyond belief. The product, updates and customer service we received from the larger online shop was sad. The flowers were not as pictured and looked beat up. The major online shop delivered a day late with no apology and lied about the delivery date. The flowers weren’t even close to what was shown online. I decided it was time to try something new and I’m so glad I did! I ordered from Bloom In Glory and heard back from them quickly regarding the order. I received emails letting me know about attempted delivery and then one from the owner letting me know they would delivery later in the afternoon so the flowers stayed healthy and out of the extreme heat and storm. They didn’t have to do that. They could have left them at the door with covered patio as most would have. But they went over and above. The flowers were delivered that afternoon and were healthy and beautiful. I received a follow up email after with such kindness. Thank you Bloom In Glory!! I’m a fan!

Comment: I ordered the Limited Edition “Spring Fling” for my Mom’s birthday and Bloom in Glory not only delivered a beautiful bouquet but went above with excellent customer service as well. They are the only florist I’ve ordered from who delivers on Sunday. They offer a great selection, fair pricing & easy ordering process. Owner, Kimberly, clearly cares about making her customers happy and was communicative, considerate and caring. My mom was thrilled with the arrangement.10/10 recommend this wonderful small business.

Comment: I reached out to Bloom in Glory to deliver flowers for my Moms birthday, having found them when googling Orlando Black-owned Businesses. We arent from or familiar with the area, and do not live in Orlando, and they were very helpful. Unfortunately, where my mom was staying was too far outside their delivery area for them to be able to accommodate us in our time window, even though they tried.Kimberly did take the time to call her supplier and call me back making a recommendation of a local florist who was able accommodate us (even though we werent able to do business together). I really appreciate her taking that time. Great Customer Service!
