Comment: What a wonderful experience! Rueben and his staff (Evelyn and Grace) were so helpful and responsive. I do not live in Florida so I had no idea which florist to use. I saw they had positive reviews so I called. I purchased a flower arrangement for my daughters birthday and it had to be delivered within a small window of time. Not only was the flower arrangement beautiful, it was delivered exactly when I needed it to be. You cannot ask for better customer service. Ordered two different flower arrangements, one for my grandmother and one for my mother for Mothers Day and they both ended up receiving the same flowers :( . I called the store and let them know I was not happy and they honored the flowers for next purchase. I would order from them again and yes I recommend, their flowers are really pretty. Five stars because they were very friendly the entire process and I had no issues with delivery.

Comment: I would like to say Thank you to this company and the owner, I work for a nonprofit organization program for homeless families, and is hard to come across people that care for their community and want to help. I called them short notice because we want to do something special to the moms in our program and the owner donate beautiful roses to our Mothers, they were even deliver to us!!!! Is hard to find people that want to help, before them I had called several other places and they all said NO!Every little actions counts and our MOMs where super happy with the roses!!!
