Comment: I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this wonderful floral shop. I had ordered flowers from a 1-800 floral shop for my mom on Valentines Day. I live in Ohio and she lives in Florida. I received a call at noon on February 14 (the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered) and was told the flowers could not be delivered on that day, maybe the next day or later! I cancelled the order and called Bright Petals at the last minute on Valentines Day! They could not have been nicer and were empathetic about my situation. They were able to deliver a basket of flowers to my mom on Valentines Day and they were beautiful! Thank you so much Bright Petals. I will order directly from you from now on instead of going through a 1-800 company!

Comment: I called to place an order this morning for flowers to be sent to my mom for her birthday. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. Maggie was super helpful and quick on collecting all the information needed and put together a custom order for me in under 10 minutes. She made sure my moms flowers made it out to my moms door within just a few hours. You dont get great customer service like this nowadays.. It was refreshing to have someone take such pride in making sure everything was perfect. Thank you bright petals and thanks Maggie for the amazing customer service you made my moms day she absolutely loved her flowers. When you live thousands of miles away its great to know I have a florist I can turn to back home to make sure my mom is taken care of.

Comment: I am a retired florist living in Minneapolis, MN. I needed a fruit and gourmet basket delivered in Lehigh Acres. I called this florist because they were local to the Lehigh Acres area and had good reviews. We talked at 5:00 on Tuesday. It was delivered by 11:00 on Wednesday. Great service and the recipient really liked it. I will also say that Lori explained that they dont do fruit and gourmet baskets as part of their regular business but will if a special request is made. Thanks again for doing a fantastic job!
