Comment: Well, I just don’t know where to start with this place. Yesterday, December 22nd I realized that I had forgotten to send my mother flowers for her birthday. When I called Buds And Bows Floral Design, they let me know that the soonest they could get a delivery to my parents would be the following day. (Mind you I was ok with this, it’s literally three days before Christmas). She was very nice and apologetic and told me to give them a call back if I couldn’t find somebody to do it sooner. Fortunately, even though I live out of town, I have some friends in the area. When I called back and asked if they could get an arrangement together for Mom the same day if I had it picked up, she said she would be more than happy to take care of us. You wouldn’t believe it but in just a few hours of contacting them they had created a gorgeous birthday bouquet for my mother. I couldn’t believe how quickly they had it made up. Add to that, they were so friendly and polite on the phone despite the last minute nature of my call. They went above and beyond sending me photos of their work so I knew that they did a good job , and charged a very reasonable rate. I would imagine it goes without saying, but we were very very happy with the arrangement as well as the service. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again to the whole staff at Buds and Bows!!!

The ordering process was easy.They sent me a snapshot of the finished product, like I had asked.It looked like what I ordered (when so many other florists finished arrangements do not).I loved the beautiful, fancy font used on our gift card, too. Very pretty, not just plain typeface.High quality dish garden.Plants all look healthy & lush.Mom has it right outside in her enclosed sun porch.They use native plants, so she can plant them outside in her garden when they outgrow their dish.Mom loves her dish garden from Buds & Bows, & I am so glad that I ordered it from them.I would definitely recommend them & order from them again. I talked with Nadine on the telephone and ordered the arrangement from pictures I saw from their previous works. Kelly made the fabulous arrangement! They promised delivery on the day I ordered the flowers and within a couple of hours from my telephone call, the arrangement was delivered to my sister. After delivery, they actually sent me an email confirming the delivery as well as a picture of the flower arrangement. They were so easy to work with. I highly recommend them. They are one of the best florists in Florida that I have seen and worked with. Thank you for making my sister smile. Actually just talked to her and the flowers are still alive and beautiful after 10 days.

I spoke to Tony on the phone & gave them an idea of what I wanted and a price point. Not only did the bouquet exceed my expectations, they sent me a picture of it along with the time they were delivered. I’ll be using them again with no hesitation!

Not only that, but I thought the delivery price for a unique request (after hours) was very reasonable. The arrangement was gorgeous. And the customer service was spectacular. They send you an email letting you know when they arrangement is delivered successfully, and they even include a picture of the arrangement! Highly recommended!

Comment: My sister became a mom yesterday and I stopped in last minute on the way to the hospital; wanting to grab something quick for her. I grabbed one of the pre-made vases in their cooler, paid and left. On the way to the hospital, the flowers rapidly wilted. The vase was extremely cold, but I thought it felt colder than normal because it was so hot outside. By the time I got to the hospital, all the color had left the flowers and they had died. After visiting with my sister, I stopped back in to inform the shop about the flowers and before I could say a single word, the kind couple running this shop recognized me immediately. They had been trying to reach me via any means possible to ask me to return; after just discovering their shop cooler holding the pre-made vases had frozen, leaving the flowers within at 20 degrees. The couple immediately jumped to create a new bunch of flowers for me; and even included the original flower I had asked for, the sunflower. Their sense of urgency and care to fix the issue did not go unnoticed and showed their compassion for their product and customer service. Excellent experience, thank you.

They looked fresh. They even called me back and asked if they could substitute with other greenery as the arrangement I ordered, the greenery they had didnt look as fresh. Comment: Last week my husband and I stopped in to Buds and Bows Florist to pick out an arrangement for an upcoming funeral. We have never use this florist before. We were not totally certain what kind of arrangement we wanted, but knew it had to have simplicity, reflect nature, be beautiful and something the family could have for a longer time.Mary Lou suggested we look at a photo of a driftwood arrangement with succulent plants and other flowers on her computer. As soon as we saw the arrangement, we knew that is what we wanted. She even had us pick out some of the flowers in her cooler that we liked.We definitely were pleased and the arrangement Mary Lou did was absolutely beautiful. Comment: Wonderful florists and lovely helpful people! My mom was in the hospital for a serious surgery and I was very worried. After surgery, she was struggling so they moved her to intensive care. I had ordered flowers and a teddy bear to cheer her up. Buds & Bows discovered that she could not have flowers in ICU, so they took it upon themselves to send her the bear (see Photo) and a Thinking of You balloon. They then contacted me and told me what had happened and without my asking, they made arrangements to send her the flowers when she is moved. The bear was adorable and my mom loved both the bear and the balloon. It really brightened her day. She is aware she will be getting flowers after she is moved. The flowers came when I requested them, they were beautiful and very fresh! The girls loved them. I have to say the prices are very reasonable also. Comment: It is always tough when mom goes to the hospital and daughters are miles away in another state. I found Buds and Bows thru the web. Unfortunately they were closed for the day. Versus calling another florist, my intuition told me to wait until the next morning to place an order. I was spot on. Not only did Buds and Bows put together a beautiful sunflower arrangement reflecting my home state of Kansas, they personally delivered it that day to my mother and spent a few moments talking with her. Comment: I could not have asked for better service from a Florist. I was pleasantly surprised with just how Marylou and Tony treated their customers. I am a first time customer and wanted to send flowers to a local vendor I used as a thank you. I ordered a simple arrangement online for delivery and thought I was done. The arrangement looked great online so I had good expectations when I ordered.I received a call the night before it was delivered from Tony telling me that the vase that was shown was unavailable so they wanted to inform me that they upgraded the vase and added extra flowers. They also sent me an email to tell me as well. (This was all at no cost to me). While talking to Tony, he also informed me that they would make sure to send me a picture of the final product to make sure I was happy with it. Ive NEVER been sent a picture of arrangement Ive ordered so it was really nice of them to do that.Overall, this small florist was very honest, upfront and a complete pleasure to work with. I will definitely order from them when I need a Melbourne Florist!

Neither were able to fulfill my request but stated they could and I got left with no delivery because events had passed!!With Buds and Bows Floral design at 11:53 pm online I ordered from there website for a prior to noon delivery. 12 hours and 7 minute time frame for an intricate arrangement and heart cups!
