Comment: Bud Etc and Patti delivered exactly what she communicated she was going to! The flowers were perfect, everything from the colors down to the quality! Patti worked with us to create the perfect custom package to match our dream wedding. A few things to note, communication with the customer could be improved. We feel like everytime we went to contact Patti about a question we had, we feel like we were being a bother. We also drove a hour and a half for our first meeting where Patti stated she would have samples, and she did not have them prepared (its okay we had to meet anyway, not her fault we live far away, but for the money we paid, the samples should have been ready). We had to make the drive a second time a month later and then she did have them ready at that time. Overall, I recommend hiring Patti and Bud Etc. as she feels like a long time family friend neighbor, the flowers were perfect, and everything we wanted, just take into consideration the very short/brief communication.
