Comment: I just had my first experience with this lovely florist located in West Palm Beach. I admit that I am very particular when it comes to floral arrangments and presentation. Joy, the shop manager, assisted me throughout the entire process. I had several moving parts to my order including adding a bottle of champagne to the order, and requests for certain type of vase and color palette in white. Not every florist is willing to go to such lengths for a custom order. I explained to Joy what the occasion was and how I wanted the arrangment to look. I asked for a photo before it left the shop, which Joy promptly sent to me along with a confirmation of delivery. I am very impressed with Burst of Class and will definitly be using this lovely florist again in the very near future. I order lots flowers for my colleagues and business partners, so I am thrilled to have had this experience today. Joy, thank you for the stunning arrangement you created and for working with me on my order. This is a five-star florist that I highly recommend.

Comment: I have driven by Burst of Class florist shop on Belvedere in West Palm Beach for years and always meant to stop in, but never did. I tried to order flowers online from another company for my wifes birthday and had a problem so the Tuesday before the big day I drove to the store. I run a local showroom for a Tampa based window manufacturing company and know how critical customer service can be. When Joydell introduced herself to me and asked how she could help, I knew I was in the right place. I told her my wife loves Lilies and Joydell told me she would get me as much as my $100 would buy. I trusted her to do a great job. I came in that Friday at 1:00 as we had agreed. An incredibly beautiful bouquet was there ready for me in her cooler. She had included other greens and tied up this huge bouquet- and it was all ready to go- it took less than 2 minutes! I can tell she really enjoys when customers come into her shop. She is truly a people person. I still cannot believe how she took care of me, and made me feel like I was a friend rather than a customer. Well done!!!.

Scheduled a delivery with time constraints and specific details and they made it happen when no one else could. SO AMAZING. I 100% plan to use them for all of my flower needs. Comment: I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend for valentines day. Definitely wanted a creative bouquet something better than your average dozen roses. I got a bouquet wayyyyy better than anything I’ve seen before. It was a beautiful assortment of fresh flowers and I could tell whoever made it took and their time and is a master of their craft. The customer service was great and price was affordable. Definitely worth every penny. Oh and my girlfriend LOVED IT!!! She ended up showing it to all her friends and family. If I need flowers for anything, I know exactly where to go. This place is AMAZING!
