I placed an order on a Sunday, the day before my sisters birthday, from way across the country, and the next day it was delivered. AND the picture of the actual arrangement was even prettier than the photo on the website - and I thought the website photo was really pretty! Comment: We found Cape Coral Floral Design to be very adequate for what we were looking for. I owned a floral and garden center for eleven years and knew what I wanted. I also knew what was the best to ask of the florist. I had not used a florist in Cape Coral before so I looked at reviews, made the choice of C colored ape Coral Floral Design and put my trust in them. They were pleasant on the phone, delivered my order as requested and responded with an update that the flowers were delivered. I ordered a bright arrangement in a basket delivered to the Cape Coral Hospital. The recipient has sent me a picture of the arrangement and it is what I ordered. I will use Cape Coral Floral Design again.

In an effort to avoid disappointment and to attempt to ensure the arrangement will make the statement that I want them to, I research online and do my best to find a local supplier with a professional and artistic style. Well, not only did Cape Coral Florist deliver, I must say my whole experience was above and beyond. I spoke with Tiffany, and asked for specific flowers. She needed to special order them and we agreed on a delivery date for my friend in the hospital. I asked if she would text me a photo of the arrangement so that I knew what I was sending, she happily agreed. Later I learned that my friend may be transferred and I needed to hold my order. Tiffany set my mind at ease, told me she would still order the flowers and if we needed to wait, she would use them and order again when we were ready. The day came, they proactively checked on my friend at the hospital, Tiffany personally designed my arrangement, sent a picture, had the arrangement delivered and put a huge smile on many faces!I highly recommend this fabulous family owned and run business. They are professional, personal, talented and thoughtful. Thank you Cape Coral, I will be back!

Beautiful is an understatement. The fresh flower arrangements are stunning. The garden baskets are beautiful, with different variety of healthy plants. I have ordered quite a few arrangements from Cape Coral Floral Designs, mostly for mom, especially during this time of Covid when like many elderly people do not get out of the house often. All of my orders have been DOGABLES, and have always gave both of my parents a ton of smiles, and all the fun that come with like naming the dogs (and even the medical cat we got once). Mom has even kept a lot of the stuff that come with them as decorations around the house.They now have quite a few critters available. They last a good amount of time as well.The last order I bought was a loving couple pair of dogs so dad could enjoy his dog! one of the dogs head started turning brown on the third day. I called to see if they had an idea on how I could possibly repair it. I could not believe it when they said that they would send a new one out the next day! and they did. a beautiful pair of dogs with ribbons, yellow flowers, purple roses, and more. Mom and Dad LOVE it! every morning smiling and laughing as they joke with the dogs like hes such a good boooy... These people are really good, honest people with very creative ideas. They also told me if I have an idea, tell them and theyll try and do that too! Obviously I highly recommend this florist. THANKS GUYS!

I initially saw Cape Coral’s phone number and read the reviews and meant to call Cape Coral florist, but accidentally called Cape Coral FLOWER HOUSE. What a mistake that was! I spoke with a girl at Cape Coral FLOWER HOUSE, she asked me to send her a photo and a list of how many flowers Id need for my bouquet? I sent her all the information she needed and I called and checked up on my request and they said they were still waiting for a quote from one of their distributors. Long story short it was a week and a half before the wedding and still NO RESPONSE. I called them and they said they would call me back and never bothered. So please save yourself some stress and dont call them! Really BIG LET DOWN!I then called CAPE CORAL FLORISTS and spoke with Tammy the owner, I sent a picture of my bouquet, she called me right back and gave me the quote of what the cost would be.. I had a couple of requests.. One was to have a veil and a brooch incorporated into my bouquet and she said bring it in. I stopped in 4 days before my wedding and gave her my treasures, and by Sunday, the day of the wedding... They met me at the floral shop on their day off and gave me my flowers. The bouquet was gorgeous. It was everything and more than I could of hoped for. They wove my veil into the flowers and it was exceptional.. Everything was perfect... I absolutely LOVED my bouquet.. Comment: I had my wedding a couple months ago and had my bouquet and my husbands boutonnière made from here and they turned out absolutely amazing. Better than the pictures they had showed me.The staff was so sweet and worked with me so well. I am not the easiest person to deal with either.Definitely would recommend this place to anyone I meet or looking for arrangements. Super affordable and amazing work!

Comment: Hands down, the best experience Ive ever had with a florist. I had this idea to buy a flower a day for my wife for Valentines day. At first I wasnt quite sure how that was gonna go over, but the second day I came in I was greeted with Your here for the flower arent you? Bewildered, I answered Yes, how did you know? Come to find out, the entire staff loved my idea so much they talked about it all day. They gave me pointers one what to buy first so the flowers actually kept for two whole weeks and were always very patent with me. I went almost every day since Feb 2nd, and its just been one joy after the next. Thanks so much!

Comment: I bought my sons flowers for his Jr. Prom here. The staff helped me to create the idea I had and made it come to life. They matched a color the nature did not create and his date was ecstatic and cried when she got hers.I did have one small problem after we picked up the flowers. My sons single rose for his tux, died very quickly, and I was upset about it so I emailed them to express my regret. The owner was very understanding and got back to me right away. They even offered to refund the money for the flowers. I didnt want the money but I was glad to see an owner who cared so much, for me and that my son had a good time.
