Comment: Very pleased with this florist, the lady who answered the phone was very professional and polite, which I appreciate. The delivery was prompt and absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t specify colors or flower type other than roses which she said had just arrived. Bouquet was large and colorful for the price. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Comment: The ladies were so helpful with choosing a plant/bear for my sister, who was in the hospital. Not only did they help me choose, they also took considerable (15 mins on hold) time to contact the hospital to confirm that my sister could have a plant/flowers.The prices were reasonable and beautiful. My sister passed away the same day but she loved the plant and named the bear Elohim.We were alson able to transport the plant on the plane, they are now in our garden.Warning, the florist building is not beautiful from the street, looks a little rough, but give them a try. Im so glad I did!!!!!

Comment: Honestly, if I could give Kim more than 5 stars I would! I ordered a large Easter arrangement with her via the telephone. We discussed several options. Of the options she provided, I chose to allow her to explore her creative side, with her florist choice. She took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for as well as my likes and dislikes. I chose to have the arrangement delivered to the recipient the day prior to Easter. My Aunt happened to not be home when the flowers were delivered. The driver called her to let her know the delivery had been made. The arrangement was placed in a safe, shady location to preserve them. My dear Aunt was in tears when she called to thank me for the gift. I saw the arrangement on Easter. It was stunning. The sheer variety of flowers in the vase was beyond impressive. Kim has a keen eye for color and design. The design included a myriad of soft pastel colors. The texture created by the variety of flowers was visually astounding. I would highly recommend this florist for any future floral needs to all. Please take the chance and allow Kim to use her skills and creativity to provide a arrangement never to be forgotten!! Amazing job, KIM!!!

Comment: Ordered online from Canada, for delivery to Indian Rocks Beach area. Was pleasantly surprised to hear from recipient that the delivery was actually made a day earlier than what online order indicated. Colours we’re slightly different than what was pictured - which is fine, I know substitutions/variations etc can happen. But it was disappointing that one feature was missing that was shown in the photo online - it was supposed to have some bear grass in the shape of a heart in the bouquet. Otherwise very nice bouquet but for $107CAD - far too expensive for what was delivered.

Comment: Love! They truly went above and beyond to help me make this Mother’s Day special. I ordered flowers a few days before Mother’s Day and requested pick up on that Saturday. Last minute I had to go out of town Friday night and wouldnt be back until late Saturday, so I accepted that I probably would just have to pick them up late on Monday as they were only open until mid afternoon on Saturday. When I called they were extremely helpful, going as far as giving me the option for them to leave it on the porch so I wouldn’t miss Mother’s Day, and giving me a cell phone number to call if I had any trouble picking them up. They ended up staying open later on Saturday and I was able to get them in person and everyone was just as nice, if not more, as they were on the phone. Great flowers, great people, & I will only get flowers from here from now on! Thank you all!
