Comment: Kim and her staff were SO wonderful in helping me decide on arrangements for my grandfathers funeral 4 years ago. They even aided in tweaking my order to my out of state relatives floral choices to the best of their ability (some wanted out of season flowers but they were able to suggest beautiful in season substitutes).My grandmother recently passed and I was a little worried that Id caught them while Kim was out of town for her arrangements. However, Kayla was absolutely on top of her game and went above and beyond in helping me select the most stunning arrangements for her service. I cant believe she was able to perfectly match the shade of orange roses to the color of my grandmothers shirt in a picture Id forgotten to bring simply by my description and looking through some arrangements in a book. To top it off I wanted hummingbirds but I preferred more colorful ones than they had in house and they purchased new ones just for us.Its rare that I purchase flowers but any time I need them in or near Zephyrhills I will always support this small family owned business first due to the first class customer experiences Ive had with them in the past.

Comment: Chalet Flowers provided all the florals for my wedding at the Edison in Dade City. I know absolutely nothing about ordering flowers, but I showed Kayla some Pinterest pictures and told her some colors I was going for, and it turned out fabulous! Everyone was really impressed with how unique the floral pieces were. Would highly recommend them!

Comment: I would highly recommend Chalet Florist. Recently I went to the florist, getting there within 15 minutes of their closing on a Saturday and was greeted by Kim (I think that was her name). She was very helpful and courteous and assisted me with the choosing of a floral arrangement. A few days later, I called to confirm the flowers were to be delivered on time, and she gratuitously assisted me again. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I will definitely use Chalet again.

She was very friendly, accommodating and just perfect! Comment: Chalet Flowers provided 3 arrangements for my fathers memorial service. They were all beautiful and fresh, delivered on time and as ordered. They had to make a few adjustments to online photos, due to flowers being out of season, but explained the substitutions in advance and the results were just as attractive as original sample. I ordered over the phone and staff was very helpful and patient. Another family member went into shop and also received great customer service. Several people commented on the lovely flowers at the service.

I called Chalet on my way from the airport explained what I was looking for and what price range I needed to be in. When I arrived to pick up the flowers I saw an arrangement sitting on a counter and thought it was just beautiful. Turned out it was the arrangement I had ordered. Comment: Live up in Syracuse, NY but have been using Chalet Florist to have Christmas and Easter arrangements delivered to my in-laws in Zephyrhills for a couple of years now. Prices seem fair relative to what we see in the pictures we get. And, most important, my mother-in-law raves about them every time. Have them in my Google contacts now so I never forget who to call down there.
