Comment: My mom was out of town on Mothers Day and I wanted to do something special for her. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. She loved the arrangement! The flowers were beautiful and in the color scheme I had requested. Thank you for helping me celebrate with my mom, even from a distance!!

Comment: We needed flowers for our destination wedding. Lindy, the wedding coordinator made the process seem effortless as the entire process was done over the phone and email. The flowers were exactly what I had envisioned. Not only did they deliver on Sunday , I made a mistake in the delivery time , the person delivering waited 45 minutes for me to return to my hotel to make sure her part in our special day was perfect! Definetely went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Comment: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Definitely first on the list for flowers for me each time and every time. We ordered flowers yesterday from Brian to be delivered to a family member in a nearby hospital today. Brian called me this morning to inform me that the product we ordered, which was to be delivered in a particular vase, was no longer possible because, to no fault of his own, the vase had a leak and he did not have another one in stock. As such, what he offered to do, at no additional cost to me, was to upgrade the vase to a ceramic vase and upgrade the flower arrangement as well. In addition, he stated that when the recipient of the flowers was discharged from the hospital and returned home to call him and he would then send her the arrangement we had ordered originally. Again, not his fault and at no cost to me. Im sorry, I was overjoyed and grateful beyond measure. Who said that good things dont happen in 2020. Lastly, I think it is important to note, that I have never ever taken the time out to take a survey or write a review. Ever!

Comment: Bryan did the flowers and centerpieces for my daughters wedding. Bryan came to the reception location and set up an archway and set up the centerpieces on each table. Bryan brought the bouquets and the boutineirs and they were beautiful! He spent a lot of time making sure that everything was perfect!

Comment: Down Right Amazing! I purchased an order of (various colored) roses from Sand Key Flowers website for my mother’s birthday. I was well aware of both the positive and negative reviews, but decided to try them out for myself. I am so happy I did! After I purchased the flowers online (all the way from Minnesota), I received a confirmation email with an order number. I notice I mistyped my mother’s contact info so I called the florist shop. I had a little trouble getting a hold of them at first, which isn’t a huge deal since I ordered the flowers a day in advance (plan a head people). I left a message, wanting to confirm they received my online order and needed to change some incorrect information (phone number). They reached out to me the next business day and were very polite, sweet and accommodating. The lady on the phone explained they typically deliver around 3 p.m. which worked out splendid! My mother received the flowers on time and they were even more AMAZING than expected. I am so happy I went with Sand Keys Flowers. Advice for fellow customers: I read their substitution policy and was fully aware if a certain color rose or flower was not available it would be substituted for a similar (rose) flower but the color may not be the same as it appears online. Have realistic expectations people! Be sure you fully understand not all flowers are in bloom year round. Dont be fooled by others negative reviews (don’t be misinformed / read the company’s policy which is posted on their website). Again, I cant say enough how happy and pleased I am with this company.
