They were so helpful with my order, and then they did a fantastic job putting together (and delivering) a beautiful bouquet of 41 roses! The roses were of high quality and the arrangement was spectacular! Comment: I am in MS and needed to send my friend having a baby on the base some flowers!! They were so helpful and made getting her flowers so easy! My friend didn’t go into the hospital until 7pm on a Friday night so I wouldn’t have a room number! They gave me their personal phone number and just told me to text the room number when I had it! If you ever need to send flowers just ask for Luka!!

Comment: Tasha and the whole gang are the best! I called about 2 weeks prior to my destination wedding and they made it happen. I had no clue what direction I was going in for bouquets and they took the time to explain to me what each flower was and what was best for what I was wanting! Also called 3 days before the wedding to add matching boutineers and they made it happen. Hands down the easiest part of my whole wedding was having them a part of it. No doubt will recommend them to everyone in the destin/ft walton area !

I actually was not pleased with the initial bouquet that had been delivered and believed a miscommunication had happened. I am a small business owner too and alway appreciate the opportunity to make something right with my customers. I called and talked with the manager. He listened, apologized, and offered to make this right. I was very happy with his response and service . Everything will not always be perfect, but how it is handled makes all the difference.
