Comment: Mother in hospital for an unexpected surgery after a fall. Ordered from Cordova previously for my dad when he was hospitalized and was happy with the results. So ordered from them again for my mother. I was a bit disappointed in the size when she received it. Paid over $100 for the largest arrangement and was a little surprised it wasnt as large as what it seemed in the pics. It maybe would help to have a size chart prior to purchase. The arrangement arrived crooked as well but all of the flowers were top notch and beautiful! The unfortunate thing is the roses died after just 2 days and the stems seemed to have closed off and unable to get water. She was only able to enjoy them for a short time. This will not deter me from ordering again in the future, however. The owner did make it right as he said he would in the response to this review. They sent a new arrangement when a new batch arrived the following week. My mother had since been moved to a rehab facility for therapy but they were happy to deliver them to her room there as well. It was a nice gesture and they really went above and beyond. This florist overall is great and always have the most beautiful flowers.

I contacted Cordova for a special order of 30 long stem roses, white and lavender. Jerry was absolutely wonderful in helping me with this and the final results were spectacular!

Comment: We ordered my Mothers family/casket spray from Cordova Flowers and Gifts. We went into the shop to order in person and I can not begin to describe how kind they were. It was clear to me they wanted to make her spray just as special as I wanted it to be. Down to helping me pick out each specific butterfly that would be used. When we got to see it for the first time, I was overcome. It was perfect. We all loved it and I know she would have adored it. Thank you to the owner and staff at Cordova Flowers for taking the time to put so much care into what you do. I will never use another florist!

Comment: We’re new to the area, and after researching for florist in the area Cordova Flowers & Gifts had the best reviews. We’ll, now I know why. I ordered some Roses for the Love of My Life our anniversary and they were gorgeous. Joshua assisted me with the order. He displayed the very best customer service and assured me that she would love the arrangement. The roses were delivered to her place of employment, and was thrilled to have received them. She said they were gorgeous and then of course wanted to know how I found Cordova Flowers & Gift. Joshua, you literally made our day and I thank you for doing so. Cordova Flowers and Gifts has been THE BEST flower shop I’ve used, ever! Premium flowers with reasonable prices. The flowers and the fillers are premium-quality and fresh. Even the simplest arrangements are elegant and timeless. Icing on the cake is the flower vase car carrier. I’ve never had a flower shop provide an actual carrier. It’s specifically made to be buckled up for safe transport in your car. Simply AMAZING! If you’re local to Pensacola...YOU NEED TO CHECK THEM OUT!

Comment: I placed an early order for flowers in January for my wife for valentines day to be delivered to her work ,she had to have an emergency procedure and actually was not at work on the 14 valentines day, Me being busy and for getting to call to change the delivery, the flowers were brought to her work which she was not at,,,ohhh noooo!! Well not to worry because I contacted them and they were very understanding!! They simply asked me where she was (on the other side of town) and the the flowers were delivered directly to her !!
