Comment: I came into this shop with barely an idea of what I wanted and a lot of social anxiety, but as soon as I walked inside Val calmed my nerves immediately! She gave me a brief run down of everything and how the process works and within minutes was running to the back to grab exactly what I needed! The rest of the team chimed in to help me create the perfect bouquet. Thank you guys so much, 10/10!!

They are a locally-owned small business, which I preferred over the online giants who ship their flowers via UPS/FedEx. I placed my order through their website. The arrangement was beautiful, hand delivered next-day, with a handwritten note. I would certainly use Crevasse for my future floral needs!

Comment: I ordered a beautiful WHITE Peace Lily for a friend whose father passed away recently. My friend is Hindu and white flowers are the appropriate flower culturally. However the plant that was actually sent had YELLOW flowers. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was asked what I wanted done about this. Without any resolution, she said she would call back. I have yet to receive a return call. So i guess I’m out the $100 and have disrespected my precious friend. I will never use them again!UPDATE: I received an email and follow up call regarding my dissatisfaction with the plant sent out to my friend and her family. The call came from Marcella who was so very nice and apologetic for the mistake and said she would get the plant I actually ordered and paid for sent out this morning. That speaks VOLUMES about the type of business they are running and the character they have. I not only will use them again I will recommend them to everyone in need of their service. Comment: I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day. I never received the flowers, so I called Crevasses when they were open. Turns out, the driver took the flowers to the apartment office instead of my apartment. The apartment office had kept them without telling me. After finding this out, Barbara apologized, gave me a full refund, and sent my girlfriend the flowers the very next day. Its great to see customer service like this! Will be ordering from Crevasses in the future.

Comment: I live out of state and Ive used Crevasse Florist over the last couple of years to send flowers to my mother. I phone in my orders and tell them what the occasion is and how much Id like to spend and they take care of the rest. My mother has always been pleased with the flowers she receives and tells me that they do a wonderful job.
