Comment: I received a gift card in memory of my mom and had no idea what to get. I decided on a nice shepherds hook and two custom hanging baskets. I asked one of the employees, Ron, what he would recommend I put in them. After determining how much sunlight, and color preference he brought lots of plants and showed me what they would look like in the baskets I selected. I had him repot them for me and the hanging baskets he created are spectacular. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful and I learned so much watching Ron repot the plants for me. Thank you!!

I had ordered a special and specific arrangement for my mothers birthday from a floral service and when I saw what had been delivered I was devastated it was awful. I called Driftwood and explained the situation. The woman who took my call was wonderful, she assured me they would create what I wanted and could deliver the very next day. I crossed my fingers and hoped. The arrangement from Driftwood exceeded my expectations its absolutely stunning! Everything they promised and more, I couldnt be happier and best of all my mother loved them! Their creation was beautiful and special, just like my mother. So much pride and experience is put into there store’s and it shows. If you appreciate quality and anything garden this is the place for you. Lance was very helpful and respectful along with the three other staff members that helped me besides him, that I did not ask there names. Definitely stop by if you have the opportunity. See my pics of the tomato hanging basket, it’s loaded and very healthy, I bought 2 of these along with herbs that are priced below Home Depot and lowes and they are very healthy and thick .

Comment: There are a lot of garden centers in the Naples area but this one is our favorite. From 41 it looks smaller but it goes very deep and has a tremendous inventory. Besides plants they have statuary, pottery,home decor items, koi fish, irrigation supplies and so on. But most importantly they have very knowledgeable staff and they have helped us on a number of visits. Today we went looking for a flowering tree for our side lawn area. We asked the first staff person for ideas and he knew everything about trees for yards. Once again they came through confirming our high opinion.

Comment: It was a little hot out when we went but there are plenty of fans blowing around to keep it feeling like theres always a breeze. The variety of plants, succulents, trees, planters, and artwork they have is fantastic. There is so much to look at. I use a mobility scooter and there were enough brick surfaces for me to get around and see just about everything. Even ramps to get into the shops on the side. I was also able to see the koi fish they had, cute little fishes.Prices were good, especially for how healthy all the plants were. I went home with 3, I would have bought more, but Im running out of room and planters at home. Ill be back and will recommend others, even if its just to look

The woman who helped me with a regular clay pot, rewrapped the branch with covered wire that looked so much better than plastic clips, and sprayed the leaves so it looked perfect for little money. One checked her phone for info about the plant, one called another employee to come help, and the last one said it was too hot for them now and would arrive in Oct. & bloom for 6 or 7 months.I asked for a substitute and was shown blue haze, told about their 2 growers, and received a recommendation. They brought me a cart and then another employee put them in my car for me.Boy was I impressed!!!

Someone noticed, asked if I needed help, and then got another associate to help me get it unlocked - which is not an easy task. A couple more jumped in to help, despite the fact it was now 30 minutes past closing. They got it unlocked, and were very gracious and kind even though it was difficult and probably very annoying at closing time.Thank you all for being so incredibly nice to me - you’ve got a customer for life!(Unfortunately for you, haha :) )

Comment: I discovered Driftwood shortly after relocating here from CT. I immediately fell in love with the selection and variety of flowers, plants, and pottery. When it came time to have a landscaping project done in our yard, I reached out to Driftwood. Kathy is the one who came out to take a look. She asked us a lot of questions, took notes and pictures, and then worked on a plan and estimate. It did take several weeks to get the plan but once we did, we met with her at Driftwood to review it and to look at the plants she suggested. We decided to move forward and are so pleased with everything they did! The crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to and Kathy was there for a time on both days to be sure everyone was on the same page. We couldn’t be happier with the final product! We had also consulted with another local landscaper for a quote who was comparable in price but we decided to use Driftwood because we felt like Kathy really listened to what we wanted, offered good advice, was very flexible, and very responsive when we had questions. We wholeheartedly recommend Driftwood!

We bought 3 plants and they will send someone to our home to plant them. Beautiful high quality garden center moderately priced. I was very impressed by the entire operation. Forget Home Depot and Lowe’s go to Driftwood. BIG difference!

Comment: I have visited here many times and have had a lovely experience each time. Today was a little different however. I was having some issues getting in my car and when I asked if I could use the phone, the cashier replied with I dont know, do we let people use our phone? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and extremely insulting. But right away, without hesitation, this very kind young man holds out his cell phone and says you can use mine. The gentlemans name is Connor and he persisted to go above and beyond with excellent customer service until I left. Being a mother of two teenagers, I was very impressed with him. He is the reason I am giving this review 5 stars. Keep up the great attitude Connor! You will go far and thank you so very much. I was having a rough day and your kindness made it much better.Harmony

Comment: We were looking to purchase planters to place on our Lanai when a friend suggested that we see Nicole at Driftwood Garden Center in Naples.All I can say is WOW!We stopped by yesterday and met with Nicole and boy, does this place have planters to choose from. Literally thousands and thousands of them of all shapes and styles, colors and materials. We worked with Nicole for over two hours picking out a whole bunch of planters for our Lanai, plus a couple more for our front entrance, plus a very large one that we will use to support a bronze sculpture. Nicole is a stitch to work with - we loved working with her.Now that the planters are picked out, Nicole will work up a planting scheme for the pots.Driftwood has an equally enormous selection of plants. The garden center was mobbed yesterday with tons of returning seasonal residents buying every variety of plants, shrubs and flowers.We are really looking forward to seeing the planters delivered and set in place. We left a fabulous secret garden in our old home in Baltimore and since our HOA limits what and where we can add plants outside of our home, this is our chance to bring some of that to Naples. Hopefully real soon.June 20, 2019This is a follow up review based on the landscaping work that folks from Driftwood just did for us.We finally received permission from our HOA to add a paver path in our back yard and to rework and add to all of the existing planter beds. We worked with Stephen Glas from Driftwood and he and his very hard working crew did a fabulous job of undertaking the new work. First of all, Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. The crew showed up when they were scheduled and finished on time and on budget. The quality of the new plants and shrubs and palm trees is top notch. The workmanship was first class! Driftwood’s pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work completed. I highly recommend Driftwood for your landscaping work.

I understand its Naples prices but Im embarrased by this pathetic piece. In retrospect the local grocery could have sent something better. The arrangement was 50 plus delivery for Twigs pulled out of a yard. Maybe if you order from out of state, as I did trying to support local business, they assume you wont see it and of course the receipient wont acknowledge how horrible it was. Next time a restaurant certificate!Driftwood called me, admitted to their error and replaced the arrangement at no charge. Changed my one star to five for customer service.

Comment: Since we built our new home and moved in Oct. 3, my 2 favorite places are Driftwood Garden Center and Home Depot. The HD being close by it only takes about 8 minutes if you drive slowly, however if you drive like I do, 5 minutes. Its hard to find a clerk knowledgeable enough to direct your questions..Driftwood is more of a slower experience. You can always find someone to help, they will stop their chores to help. If you have a membership the card will save money. However, twice I have checked out and one particular clerk told me I would need to wait till next visit to get credit on my card. I reported her and havent gone back. They have beautiful fruit trees and I have purchased several which have produced fruit.
