Comment: I feel you can tell a lot about a company when something goes wrong and how they handle it. Well, I was upset over an order not being delivered at a time I had requested on their website. I learned today the site does say they cannot guarantee times, but I wrote an upset message last night when my grandma didnt receive her gift on her actual birthday. First thing this morning I receive a very polite message from Michelle explaining the situation and asked for a call back. She couldnt have bee nicer explaining to me why it was delivered at the time I requested but offered for me to call the store with any special requests and she will make it happen. Her attitude and exceptional customer service made me feel like supporting this store more. She converted me from an upset customer to someone who now wants to support her more. Side note, starting with me, we can all be a little more patient when it comes to small businesses as staff shortages seem to be a huge problem in every industry right now. Most businesses I know and the one I run has a hard time hiring right now for the obvious reason....and its not covid.

Comment: I had some issues with the re delivery of my chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day. It was an extremely busy time for them. Miscommunication and problems do occur. Understandable. I called the store and spoke to an employee at 9am so that my order could be on the truck for the 1st delivery run in the morning or at least early afternoon which was my understanding. That never happened. More calls made and delays followed. I was then transferred to the owner. She was very apologetic that my situation was not resolved in a timely manner. She immediately corrected my problem and went above and beyond to make it right! She truly cares about her customers and has excellent business ethics!

Comment: I put in a same day delivery order and it had to be delivered by 3pm. I was unaware that the area was under Tornado Warnings and they still delivered the arrangement I ordered. Very impressed and my mother way very happy with her Birthday surprise. Thank you!

Comment: I called this business late in March to inquire about an edible arrangement for a dear friend to celebrate her 92nd birthday. I was courteously treated, discussing options as well as asking delivery questions. They suggested placing the number 92 carved from pineapples on top as customers have really liked it.My friend was very pleased with the arrangement, mailing me a picture of her holding it. She made a special comment on the cheerful delivery person who wished her a happy birthday when she opened the door. Also, she loved the 92 on top. My friend enjoyed the fruit for a number of days afterwards. Through the years I have sent flowers, but this edible arrangement really was a delightful treat for her. I understand that she not only sent me a picture but loves showing her copy to friends. I am very happy that it made her day!I want to commend this business and their employees for helping me make a great choice and their quality service.
