Comment: Ordered a door dash of flowers, chocolate dipped assorted fruit and chocolate covered strawberries from this location as a gift from the other side of the country. Selection was okay. Prices were reasonable. The fruit was on point and recipient loved it. The first bouquet of flowers was not as expected and they returned the next day with new flowers that knocked it out of the park for no additional fee. That was very nice and appreciated. Thank you Edible arrangements - I appreciate you!

Comment: I placed a delivery order at 4:30pm (it was last minute because I received an email from my husbands grandparents that it was their 59th wedding anniversary. We have only met them once, in January, so its a building relationship). I continued to check for updates but saw online it updates every 6-8 hours. I called the store to check the status and the woman who answered stated that their delivery driver had already left for the day, but she was going to bring what we ordered on her way home from work.I was so thrilled that they will receive what we ordered today and I truly am so thankful to have a wonderful customer service experience!It is a great thing to see that there are still nice people in this world and I am blessed that she went out of her way to do something last minute.
