When I called the owner of Elite floral (Bandeli), he was understanding and helpful. I sent him a picture of what I was thinking about; he went above and beyond to match I was looking for. Very nice contrast of colors and flowers.This year is my nephews graduation and I bought the Enchanted Red and it looks fantastic! 😍 They even added a couple more flowers to make it extra special and look fuller, and I appreciate that a lot.Their customer service is excellent.They have a website catalogue, which makes it very easy for me to browse.Overall. Went in there to buy mother’s day flowers and there were so many beautiful bouquets, it was difficult to choose! Their presentation was gorgeous. The owners were very helpful. Roses are sold in front of the UCF arena but I wanted something special and unique to celebrate my daughter graduation from the masters program.I ran in to the shop and met the lovely owner Bandaly who was so incredibly helpful. I told him my urgency and he dropped what he was doing to consult with me about what I wanted. I told him my budget and asked him to create what he thought would be a nice arrangement. Five minutes later I was presented with a giant bouquet of flowers that made my daughter say wow when she saw it. He even put on a large bow on it in UCFs black and gold colors. He told me he does a lot of work with UCF.The flowers I purchased here made a special day even more perfect. Elite Floral can also meet your floral needs for birthdays, weddings, and funerals. In addition to fresh flowers they also do silk and dried arrangements along with gift baskets and they are a Teleflora provider. Elite Floral made sure my daughter had the best bouquet of flowers to celebrate her momentous achievement. Thank you so much Bandaly!

Comment: I ordered for pickup. I phoned in and was told to order online. When I arrived the order was ready to pick up and looked nice as pictured. This was the $50 florists choice. I specified it was for my wife and for the Christmas occasion. Florist was friendly and jokingly (or, maybe not so jokingly?) insisted that I post this review. He also insisted that I got a great deal on this arrangement. As somebody that makes it a point to get flowers only from local florists, I think that I about got my moneys worth, depending on the price of the drum vase that I do not know. I usually get more variety and quantity of flowers for $50 but they come as a bouquet not in a festive vase. While I was not expecting the vase at all, for this occasion I think this is great. The drum is pretty and the flowers, including the roses, are vibrant in color and the whole set has a piney, wintery smell. For other occasions such as an anniversary I would prefer a bouquet that has more flowers but no container as I have vases at home, so I will note that when that time of year rolls around, just in case. In all a smooth ordering experience, good product, good value, great for the occasion, and local. Ill likely be coming back here again as they did a good job and they are the closest florist to me.

Comment: A friend of ours had back surgery, and with this group of friends spread out across the country, we didnt know where to find a good florist. Since Im the review-writer of the group, I volunteered to take care of the arrangement.This is where Elite Floral & Gift Shoppe comes in. I found them online and gave them a call. The owner. Bandaly, said it was easier for me to order online, which I did.The day of the delivery, I received a call from George, who was delivering the arrangement. He was having difficulty dropping off the flowers because the security guard wouldnt allow him to go to the door to deliver the arrangement. I made some calls to see what we could do. I even left a voicemail with my friend so she could call the security guard.Finally, someone contacted George, and he was able to drop off the flowers. He even took a picture of the arrangement and where he left it to text to me! (First attached picture).I called Bandaly to let him know how much I appreciated Georges customer service. It turns out George is Bandalys son! So, not only did our friend love her arrangement, but this family-run business goes above and beyond their customer service.
