Excellent customer service and very family oriented! He made me a sample that lasted more than 2 weeks on my dining table in front of a window that brings in a lot of sun. He even acknowledged my toddler and gave him a balloon on two occasions of me coming in. My flower centerpieces were beautiful for my shower. I was pulling my hair out earlier today locating roses for my wife on this Valentine’s Day. Most floral shops stopped taking orders on the 10th due to supply chain issues but this company was prepared and honest about the long stem rose situation. The man that answered the phone was very friendly and educated me about what they had and the difference of what is considered normal. There were no uncomfortable sales tactics presented. At the end of the day I’m a happy man with a happy wife and I owe the gratitude to this excellent company. If you read my other reviews for other places, you’ll see I’m a hard critic.I know it’s hard trying to send someone flowers blindly. Flowers are suppose to bring some type of joy and tranquility, no matter the occasion.My grandmother is in the hospital with Covid and not doing too well. I called this florist the day before I ordered (online) and asked a bunch of questions. My experience in sending flowers blindly has never been great. She answered all my questions, but I still decided to shop around. The next morning my thoughts were to go with another place (they were less expensive). However, my gut kept telling me to go with this place and I’m glad I did.My aunt went to the hospital (two days later) and sent me a picture of the arrangement, it abundantly exceeded my expectations. Get this…. I couldn’t decide on which arrangement to get and did the Designers choice. I left a note telling them who I was sending the flowers to and why. There were touches added in this arrangement that let me know it was made with genuine care. They were fresh and flourishing. Down to the details in the way the card was written was exceptional. I also ordered late morning and received a notification that is was delivered early afternoon (same day)I trusted you guys and you didn’t let me or my family down. I heard that all the nurses are raving about the flowers. You can never 100% trust reviews but I can assure you, they are real and this place is honestly the best place I’ve ever ordered flowers from.I can’t thank you enough! 🥰They said the pictures really doesn’t give it justice! I choose small and locally owned businesses when possible, and the arrangement I chose from their website since Im back home in Texas was even more stunning and personal in reality than portrayed - and the one portrayed was gorgeous and perfect. The added bonus is that I just ordered these lte last night, so I was expecting it to be a rush and I even felt sorry to put that stress on them, but if it was rushed, youd never be able to tell - I even received delivery confirmation when they were delivered to the funeral home. I then received a call from the shop apologizing for missing my call and asking was their anything else they could do and to thank me for using the website. I chose Designers Choice. I explained that I was in NY and was sending birthday flowers to my recently widowed cousin in Deltona, so I was just hoping everything would go well and that I wanted to make sure they did not include any lilies because my cousin owns cats. I was assured that everything would be fine. On the delivery date, I received a voicemail from Julie that the flowers were delivered ( it was early morning which was terrific, as I didnt think they would get there until afternoon and was worried that my cousin would feel forgotten).She mentioned that my cousin was so surprised!Later that afternoon I spoke with my cousin who told me the biggest, most beautiful, freshest, most colorful flowers arrived and they were delivered by a lovely and kind gentleman.I am pleased beyond compare! Comment: Cannot Thank You enough for stepping up with the holiday weekend (Vday) and fulling a last minute Sympathy Fruit and Sweet basket for my family. The timing of the passing has made making the trip to support family and attend the services a financial hardship that we wont be able to do and knowing at that I was able to get this to them today is making it easier.Thank you again and calling to confirm it was delivered and that I didnt need to make other arrangements to have it picked up.

Comment: I went to my daughters house for Thanksgiving last year and she had received a Turkey arrangement made of flowers. It was one of the most creative and beautiful arrangements that I had ever seen! It was made by Vidal one of the owners of Enchanted Blooms Florist. I cant wait to see what they do for this year.

Comment: I had Julie (one of the owners) do arrangements for a party I was hosting and they were simply gorgeous!! She is a true artist with flowers. I would recommend Enchanted Blooms Florist for any occasion big or small.
