I appreciated her prompt responses to emails and texts. Despite a few hiccups, Ella executed the job flawlessly. Comment: Coming from out of town for a friends birthday, I ordered a floral and balloon arrangement for delivery. I had gotten very personalized attention, professional invoice, delivery confirmation as well as pictures. Arrangement was beautiful and very unique. Highly recommend!
