Comment: I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday today. They didn’t have the orchards but their customer service was amazing with how they dealt with me. They called me and apologized and asked if it was okay if they didn’t have the orchids. Paula offered to send a photo of what the bouquet would look like. This is money well spent! My mother is over the moon with the quality of the arrangements. I also loved that the card was hand written made it more personal. The smell of the flowers and the vase is more than I could ask for. Definitely made up for the missing flowers! Thank you Fiesta Flowers!

Comment: I am making this a 4 star review rather than the 3 star because I know that everyone is doing the best they can with the pandemic. Still, I am really sad about the flowers they sent my mother. I ordered the Large/Premium version of the Lavender Love bouquet (what is shown in the attachment is their Medium/Deluxe so it should have been even bigger). I added balloons and a bear and tried to give her the biggest, prettiest flowers I could find to celebrate Mothers Day which also falls on my deceased sisters birthday. And I havent seen her in ages with the pandemic. I deliberately didnt order a clear glass vase. So after I spent forever picking out flowers and made my order, there is a note that says because of demand they are on designers choice. I guess that means they can shove a few roses with a ton of greenery and call it a day because thats what it seems like they did. In a clear glass vase. Not terrible, just not what I was hoping for.

Comment: As always I am very pleased to have find Fiesta Flowers & Gift in Fort Lauderdale. They were able to remove frustrating experience experimented in the past. I am writing this review not only to highlight the good service provided by them but essentially to call attention for the fantastic business toward to the professionalism. The best thing about them was the personal contact you have with their florist.I buy flowers in a week basis to my wife and I always get the arrangements that I order and most of the time I like to customize my arrangements. My wife go crazy with some white roses they are able to find from their supplier.My last order, Christmas 2016, in my company they delivered on time 5 huge dozen red roses arrangement that drove my co-workers crazy and their husbands, jealous.My wife is coming from offshore trip and I have ordered my week rose arrangement.They worked with me, answered my questions, offered suggestions...etc.Best Regards ,Regards,
