Comment: Instead of going thru a big name florist broker, I hit the jackpot with this LOCAL florist who actually cares about each order. I was able to get a next day delivery for a very reasonable price. That morning, I got a call from the owner when the driver had trouble getting my recipient to answer the door. Instead of just dropping the flowers, the driver texted me to say he would go back whenever I was ready for him to. The arrangement itself was absolutely beautiful - even better than the online pic. They even sent me pictures (and included a balloon at no charge!!). I would 100% recommend Floral Fate - they really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by far!

Comment: Shantae the owner of Floral Fate Design Co operates her business with professionalism and compassion. I contacted her via text message for a flower arrangement for a sympathy spread and she responded with a text after 3 mins. I looked back at the text chat to make sure. Shante was very sympathetic and engaged with me as I asked questions about having flowers delivered to a funeral home. I received pictures and confirmation of the delivery of the flowers and listen, the spread was absolutely beautiful. My mom and I are thoroughly pleased with the product. The flowers look full fresh and assembled with love. I will be using Floral Fate Design Co for all of my floral needs.

Comment: The team at Floral Fate Design are Next Level! I really appreciate the attention to detail, quality and timely services was amazing. I utilized FFDC for Mother’s Day arrangements to be delivered but the delivery was to be on separate dates as my mother was coming to central Florida a few days after. Their website was smooth and seamless and they followed my requests. I ordered my selections and they offered more than just flowers. The joy on my loved one’s faces when they got their arrangements brought me so much joy. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Comment: I got married a month ago today, and I have never been that girl who had a full binder of wedding things nor planned my wedding day since I was like 5 or 6. When I tell you I had 0 idea what I wanted for my bouquets, I was hopeless. Floral Fate Design and the AMAZING Shantea came to my rescue; she knew what would be best for the venue, for my dress, for my bridesmaids. Her designs were beyond anything I couldve dreamed of, and she put her own personal touches on them - my bouquet was blinged-out and she gave me a something blue, which I was completely missing! I could not have thought of a better person and company to make the centerpieces of my wedding, and I am beyond excited to see where this all goes!

I found Floral Fate in my local advertisement newsletter and I immediately called to place an order.The owner, Shantea, made the ordering process smooth and personable. Not to mention, her pricing beats out any other florist locally. I had no idea what I wanted and allowed her to give me a “designer choice” arrangement. When my order was delivered, I was pleased to say the least. The flowers were fresh and all around beautiful. I love fresh flowers, especially during this time of year and I can’t wait to place my next order.

Comment: We had the most amazing experience with this florist. Not only did she make the most beautiful bridal bouquet, she is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. From the first moment we spoke, it was evident she loves what she does and truly wants to make you something that exceeds your expectations. She is meticulous in adding special touches that you would never think of! She made two sides for the bridal bouquet! One showing more eucalyptus and the other showing more beautiful florals so the bride could pick her favorite side!!! With small touches of bling to “something blue” she amazed us!
