Comment: I ordered my grandma flowers for her 90th birthday about sixth months ago. I was checking all day if they had been delivered as my mom was with her visiting. And then it was an hour before Flower Fanatic was closing. So I called to check and they had lost my order in the computer! However, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and got my grandma a beautiful arrangement the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I’m glad I called to check up on it. But I did not hesitate to place another order last night for a Christmas arrangement and I am confident this time it will go smoothly! Highly recommend!

Lisa, and the other ladies at Flower Fanatic, helped her hand pick each flower to create the perfect kind of “wild” she was looking for from what they had in stock. They were excited, friendly, and efficient. We will always remember them as a part of her special day. We are all obsessed with the bouquet!

Comment: Received the most adorable flower arrangement from friends up north after my surgery. Not sure how they were ordered but Flower Fanatic did an incredible job of creating a Rescue Pup arrangement. I had not heard of them before this but they will definitely be a go to for future needs!!

I only give four stars, because my wife called about how to maintain the gorgeous flowers 💐 and the woman was a little short with her about it. It would be nice to include instructions for such a different display. Other than that, very happy 😊

Comment: What a brilliant experience. Your first step in this shop is an extravagant array of bouquets. From all sizes and colors you will be able to find everything you need and more. In my case, I only needed two standard bouquets, and they had an incredible deal. Affordable, amazing customer service (gives great advice), and an overall wonderful selection. This will be my go to shop, and something I recommend to anyone needing floral arrangements. Thank you!

Comment: UPDATE: very happy. The florist owner delivered exactly what I ordered the very next day. Beautiful, flowers were all fresh. I was so surprised they took the time to make it right. I was shocked when they delivered it all in time for my special celebration. Thank you so much! Look forward to stopping in to your store in the future. True customer service!10/29/21: Very disappointed. I ordered online from teleflora a centerpiece for my home. I purchase the premium arrangement for $80. The arrangement showed high grade flowers like roses and carnations. My arrangement looked like the value size and completely comprised of mums and daisies. The cheapest of cheap flowers. Arrangement had glue strings all over it and even had puddles of glue affixed to the flowers. I spent 10 minutes removing it. The mums are already dropping petals. Not worth what I paid for it. I rarely go into a brick and mortar store and I trusted that Teleflora would send the order to a shop that could accommodate my order. I would have waited to have it delivered had I known that the product I ordered was not able to be filled. The container wasn’t even the one shown. I understand substitutions but to go to lower valued flowers, a different container and delivered covered in glue, this is poor customer service. Fortunately Teleflora refunded 1/2 of my money but I really would have liked a new arrangement if the quality that I purchased. This arrangement will be lucky to last until Sunday.

Comment: I dont do this often, but had to share my thoughts. I have been in here several times to purchase flowers for my Mom, and I have Always been greeted with friendly service and a great selection. Last week my husband stopped in and purchased 2 dozen roses for me. One dozen Apricot (my favorites) and one dozen white. They still look absolutely beautiful and are huge now that they have opened up. I would recommend this neighborhood flower shop to all my friends and family! They are reasonably priced, very friendly and the flowers are fresh and last much longer than other places I have been.❤️

Comment: When looking at the pictures on the site, I thought the front patio leading in to the building would have multiple flower displays. There were none out front but the did have cute windmills. I was anticipating more choices inside. The flower arrangements that were in the fridge were beautiful, but I wasnt looking for anything huge. They did have roses for $9 for 12 which was a good deal.But, I think the Farmers Market allows you to be creative and make your arrangements with more variety. And prices are more for me there.
