Comment: I had such a wonderful experience with The Blossom Shoppe this morning! I had promised my niece I’d send her some gardenias from my bush for her to use in her wedding on Saturday. I needed to ship them today so they’d arrive in time. Unfortunately my gardenia buds did not open and I had none to send. A friend of mine got in touch with a friend of his, Lynda Tartara, from The Blossom Shoppe. She offered a perfect solution - freeze-dried gardenias which would hold up very well as opposed to fresh. I didn’t know such a thing existed! She picked them up and packaged them and had them at the post office before noon and arranged for guaranteed delivery on Friday by 3:00 p.m.! I have never had such good service like this! She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to meet the customers’ needs. I look forward to ordering flowers from her many times in the future. Thank you, Lynda, for truly caring and for helping me fulfill the promise I made to my niece to have gardenias at her wedding. It wouldn’t have been successful without you!

Comment: I wanted to say a big Thank You to your store and call out Jane for delivering an amazing customer experience today. In the Jewish faith we typically bury our loved ones with 24 hours. After learning of a passing last night it was too late to call the florist and we live 1500 miles away, so this morning I googled flower shops in Boyton. I went through the list and called a few only to be told they needed more time. I then clicked on the Blossom Shoppe and quickly called and spoke with the nicest, most understanding person I could deal with, Jane. Not only did Jane empathize and understand the situation, she went in back while I was on the phone, pulled several arrangements and described them to me in detail and we picked out the perfect one. First of all they accommodated a wedding date 2 days after Christmas which a number of other florists declined because the wedding fell on a date that would have provided the floral shop owners to have a long weekend which only happens in that exact way every 7 years. So, experiencing their willingness to accommodate was refreshing and loving.Vintage/BoHo chic was our wedding theme. Small intimate backyard wedding. We provided a few pics from Pinterest that supported our vision, and a few conversations for continued vision support and various emails & calls - all of which gave me, the bride, a sense of connection & availability that was effortless. What ultimately was created out of that was nothing short of miraculous. Our vision 100% accurate. My NEED for perfection around flowers was the only part of the wedding that I was clearly and obviously committed to creating a certain ambiance and I was so pleased to have had it visually manifest before my very eyes. The flowers fragrant and fresh. Arrangements stunning - the arbor which was the grooms doing was amazing. The bouquet --- lets say my eyes are filling w tears as I type.
