Comment: I live in Anniston Alabama and my sister in law lives in Panama City, Florida. I let her birthday slip up on me and I hadnt mailed her a card, so I thought Ill send her flowers from a local flower shop. I placed the order online and set up the deliver and my sister in law was delighted in her beautiful bouquet that Flowers by Pam made for her and delivered. Soon after ordering, I found out that my aunt’s room number had changed and also noticed a typo i had inadvertently left on the card message. I called the shop and was treated with such kindness and professionalism as they made these changes before delivery.The flowers were delivered in a timely manor and were absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t be there with my aunt, but I was able to send her a warm hug via this arrangement. It meant the world to me.

Comment: Update: it sounds like the issue was on Teleflora’s end and not theirs. I was able to get a hold of them finally and the owner did seem sincere and apologetic. I do appreciate the time she took to look for my order and make things right. I ordered flowers for my mom earlier this month and they were perfect. I will definitely be giving them another chance. If anyone is thinking about ordering for them I would go into the store or call them instead of ordering online.My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentines Day and I never received them. No one has reached out to us, and we have tried to call. His mom was able to leave a voicemail this morning, however any other time we have called the voicemail has been full. I understand that Valentines Day is the busiest day of the year, however I wish someone would have reached out if there was an issue or the order was unable to be fulfilled. I am usually very understanding since I have worked in retail and customer service for years. I am very disappointed that no one has reached out to us. I would have been fine if someone at least called me and let me know they would be late or even refunded the money. Hopefully someone will reach out to us soon.

They deserve 10 stars for their excellent communication and attention to all the beautiful details, including adding more “umph” to the flower arrangement since they didn’t have all the flowers for the arrangement “recipe”. They didn’t have to do this as the original looked pretty and I was happy, but they wanted to give it something extra. Ordering online and from out of state can be tricky with some florists, but not Flowers by Pam!! They make it simple and even send a photo to you prior to delivery to make sure you’re happy. For the record, I was very happy and my mother in law was ecstatic to receive such a colorful arrangement. We will continue to use them for our floral needs in the Panama City area.

Comment: I forgot my moms birthday on a Sunday I remembered at 5 PM on Saturday and called Flowers by Pam in a panic she answered phone and not even working she was at home and she told me not to worry she took my order and reassured me that my flowers would be beautiful and that she would take care of it and agreed to go in specially on Sunday to deliver the flowers to my mother that was the nicest thing I think anybody has done for me in a long time I very much appreciate it and I hope if youre trying to decide on a florist youll choose Pam she truly treats u like ur special. Thanks Pam you made it not difficult and easy. Love it.

Comment: I ordered flowers for our daughter that lives in Florida (we live in Georgia) and was not able to pick something personally. Pam went above and beyond my expectations to get the flowers delivered to our daughter! She loved the flowers so much, she took them with her on vacation!!

Comment: The flowers delivered to my mom were beautiful (my mom is pretty discriminating) and she was very pleased with them. They need to work on returning calls, but were very nice and I was VERY pleased with what I paid for and what I felt the value was. PLUS they delivered on Mothers Day, and they were prepared to hold the flowers if she wasnt home. I would never find anything like that in South Florida, and the customer service was very good. Ill use them again.

Comment: Flowers by Pam is the best florist in Bay County, period. I cant believe they are not reviewed here. Pam has been my florist for over 15 years. Pams work is always immaculate from the first bouquet I gave my future wife to the flowers at our wedding. Even after moving across the country I still count on Pam to keep my mother and mother-in-law happy with her flowers.
