She was so wonderful to work with and relaxed and calm because shes an expert at what she does.The flowers came out AMAZING and were MORE than what I expected/remember from the consult process.I would recommend Flowers by Susan to anyone getting married. Comment: I live in California...My Dad and Step Mom live in Port St. Lucie, so I have used Flowers by Susan for the past 2 years to send flowers for different occasions. The arrangements are always gorgeous. This past week, I ordered flowers for my step moms BD with plenty of days for delivery, and 4 days before the day, she passed away, I cancel the order with no issues and a day before the funeral, on Sunday, when they are closed, I placed an order for flowers for the funeral on Monday..and they delivered it by 4pm, and the arrangement was gorgeous. Thank you for making sure the flowers arrived on time.

Comment: I absolutely love it when employees go out of their way to satisfy a customer. I ordered a floral arrangement for my wifes birthday. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from Flowers by Susan and was recommended a few minor additions to my floral arrangement.When I picked it up, oh my! It was a really beautiful suggestion. The best part is...there was no additional charge! My wife was really happy with her birthday present and teared up when she saw it on our kitchen table.Things like this go a long way with me and I know there are other florists here on the Treasure Coast, but I highly recommend Flowers By Susan.Kudos Ladies!

You get an idea of what the end result may be but there is room left for the Floral Artisan to do as they will. Comment: Went there later in the afternoon on 3/22 to get 2 arrangements. One was for me to celebrate what would of been me and my late husbands 2 year wedding anniversary and the other for my mother’s birthday. Everyone there was very pleasant, nice and willing to help. I found arrangements I loved that were pre made in their cooler that I fell in love with right away. It’s been over a week and the flowers are still alive and gorgeous! I will definitely be coming back this week to get another arrangement for my home, for Easter.Thank you all so much for such a great first experience in your store!
