Comment: This is a beautiful floral bouquet for condolences.I called the florist directly, from across the state. I prefer to deal with florists local to my delivery and Im always happy to let them use their best judgment as to how to best use what they will have at hand. My cooperative attitude worked well for me once again.Flowers of Fort Lauderdale met my needs and expectations and were really great to deal with (even as busy as they were when I called). Comment: Omg I don’t know where to start. I needed flowers for my wedding and called a couple places. When I first spoke to Carin she told me to email her my vision and it was simple from there. They were one of the best vendor decisions I made. they delivered my flowers. When they got to my hotel They were so pleasant and brought supplies ready to hook on my grandmothers necklace and then took time to explain how to easily remove later. brought all the the flowers in vases and more importantly they were beautiful! Comment: Spectacular! The heart shaped arrangement made out of roses far exceeded my expectation. The roses were meticulously arranged into a beautiful heart shaped display for our relatives funeral. It was a beautiful reflection of how we felt about her. The florist also sent a picture which was wonderful since we were not able to attend. After researching their floral designs on their website, I had a SKU number ready for a particular arrangement selected and phoned in the order. Carin offered excellent assistance, and we agreed on tweaking the arrangement I had chosen with several blooms currently in season. It felt like talking with a good friend! After the arrangement was finished, Flowers of Ft. Lauderdale emailed a photo, and a second email confirmation for successful delivery. Yes, I will call them again!

Comment: This place is amazing!!! I ordered flowers for my mom, my grandma and my cousin (she recently had a baby) and it was a wonderful experience. Way better than any of the competitors or 1800flowers. I spoke to Tom who made the experience, quick and easy. I live out of state so being able to communicate efficiently was what I needed. Besides the best customer service ever from Tom, I don’t really order flowers, so I vaguely asked for bouquets of colors. I know that sounds weird, but they were able to fulfill is beautifully! The shop will send you a preview of your order!!! The communication is just fantastic. Not only did I get to see what was being sent, but I received another one for the flowers were being delivered (which was incredibly quick, I got an email and then my cousin and grandma called me within the hour!) I thought that was so cool. My grandma reported how kind the delivery man was and how lovely and fresh were the flowers she received. I will be using them to order for anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area. If any of the other reviews speak of one thing: this place ROCKS.

The arrangements were perfect for our needs and she was willing to deliver them (on a Sunday) outside of normal hours. After our event, she even offered to donate our arrangements to a local nursing home so they could be further enjoyed as we were flying out of state. When I realized that the wrong flowers were delivered, I called and the manager apologized and sent the correct arrangement. She even let my mom keep the incorrect delivery. I live in Alabama and needed a reputable florist in Ft. Lauderdale.
