Comment: LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! My husband then fiancé had taken me here prior to getting married since I love flowers. We were looking for a florist to create our dream wedding arch and we remembered Flowers of Jacksonville! I reached out to Courtney and gave her my ideas and she was so helpful and always fast at responding to my questions. The customer service I have received was 10/10 perfect. My arch was a show stopper and every one of my guests LOVED it. I think it made the wedding honestly. I would and will always recommend them to anybody looking for a florist for events or even to get a bouquet made for their loved one. 10/10 stars!!

This arrangement just a couple of years ago would’ve cost me about 40% less. That’s nuts. Still, cost aside, the transaction was smooth and simple, and the arrangement is gorgeous.

Comment: Below is my review before calling and talking to Kylie, whom after I told her of my concern delivered a new bouquet arrangement to my daughter to replace the other that was not up to standards. Thank you Kylie for caring enough about your customers to please a disappointed mom. Changing my 2 star rating to 4 stars.This is the second time I have ordered flowers from this company. I was disappointed at the lack of communication about what could be done after a request was made after being told to do so online from my first order back in December and then it not being fulfilled, expecting one thing and getting another. I decided to call and talk to someone personally, Kylie, this time, giving them another chance only to be even more disappointed with my arrangement sent to my daughter on her birthday yesterday. I ordered the base line arrangement, which was still very pricey, at 74.99. When I saw what my daughter received, it was a very skimped down version of what I ordered and is not acceptable. This was expensive. It is apparent that whoever did this arrangement did not take the time to make it to compare to what I ordered, not to mention one of the lilies is already dying and she just received it yesterday. I am enclosing photos of what she shouldve gotten for the price I spent and what she actually received, 2 roses and 4 lillies and some greenery. I really could cry. I am thankful that she was happy because she had no idea of what to expect and she is very kind hearted and appreciative. I am confident in saying that I wont order another arrangement from this company.

Glad I was able to find someone to customize a flower arrangement for under $100. Other places said they couldnt do it or wanted $150 which is too much for something that will last a week. Comment: I found Flowers by Jacksonville by chance. I read the reviews and decided to stop in to order flowers for my brothers funeral. The arrangements far exceeded my expectations. Obviously, they are stunning! What I didnt expect was the level of service that I received. I was greeted with compassion and a genuine desire to reproduce my ideas to honor my brother. They took time to comfort me and listen to my ideas at a time when I was quite frankly, a mess! I highly recommend this florist not only for the amazing arrangements but also for a level of customer service that is rarely seen these days. I also was very impressed with their DIY warehouse- what an amazing idea complete with DIY classes. Where has this place been all of my life!

Comment: We contracted with the Jacksonville Flower Market for our wedding flowers. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. We started by emailing them and setting up a consultation where we went over our vision, showed Pinterest photos, and discussed how many flowers we needed. We opted with bouquets for bridesmaids and the Bride, boutonnieres for the groomsmen, dads, and grooms, corsages for the moms, petals for the flower girls, loose stemmed flowers for homemade centerpieces, and a large floral piece for the top of our arbor. The arbor piece and the bridal bouquet we used for the sweetheart table when we transitioned from the ceremony to the reception. We had them delivered and setup, the staff arrived on time and were very friendly. The floral arrangements were more than what I expected and absolutely beautiful!
