Comment: After my father had passed away my sister and I went in to order flowers for the funeral. Lori made me laugh, she brightened my day and she got everything we needed done.When we went to pick up the flowers the day before the funeral they stayed open when they didnt have to so that we could get the flowers on time. I was running late to pick the flowers up and I called to tell them ahead of time. I was worried I wouldnt be able to get the flowers, they said they would see me soon.When we got to the funeral we noticed that we had not received the number of roses that we ordered, when we notified the shop they immediately apologized and got to working on the refund.I live in Arizona, after I got home I received a card in the mail where they were offering their condolences on my loss and they had included the receipt for the refund. I had received the refund to my account already at this time.They did make a mistake, but the important part of this review is that they went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed and I know they were more upset with themselves than I was with them. They are very good people and they genuinely care about their customers. I would absolutely use them again should I have to(as I live in Arizona I dont do a lot of my shopping in Trenton, FL)

Comment: I love this flower shop. When I need flowers, I could easily call them and let them know what I want. But, I prefer going in and visiting with the family and the pups. They make you feel so welcome and do a great job and listen to what you want. Here is the latest arrangements they made for me for a couple of friends that have birthdays this week............

Comment: This is the 2nd time I have ordered flowers from Forever Flowers and Gifts. The first order was a Christmas arrangement for a family member and it was stunning. I live several hours away, I just called them, told them what I wanted, and the result was much more than I expected. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and assured me they would get them out as soon as possible. The second order was for her funeral. I still cant get over how beautiful those flowers were. Again, I ordered them sight unseen but when I saw the spray at the funeral, I was overwhelmed. The floral designer is amazing and very thorough. The detail and attention to the placement of the flowers and how they behave, is a testament of her skill. I recommend this florist highly, you will not be disappointed. And really, havent yall ordered flowers before and then you see what was sent and you just want to cringe? This place is amazing and I promise you will never cringe!
