I asked for some specific flowers and colors. I received a photo of the flowers from my family member and the flowers were beautiful, even better than I’d hoped and were delivered within a couple hours after I ordered them. Highly recommend!!

Comment: I wandered in with 15 min to spare and no real clear vision as to what I wanted. They didnt know I was in a hurry, and needed to get home, to take my daughter to her opening night as an extra in a local Addams Family play. I asked for something spooky, or all white because shes a ghost and wears all white. The florist who helped me, hit the ball out of the park, I loved it so much, I will never buy last minute publix or walgreens specials ever again! The price was right and they were perfect! The purple flowers looked a bit like spiders, and were so unusual, cant say enough good things! Ill be back for sure! The pictures just dont do them justice. She loved them too and plans to dry them out to preserve! Thanks nice lady!

Comment: [Edit] I admit I was emotional about this encounter. It felt like the universe was telling me you were a terrible mother, here, have a dead plant. It wasnt personal. Mistakes happen. Thank you for correcting the problem and quickly replacing the mums with a beautiful orchid.[Orig] They basically delivered a dead plant to me today for mothers day. I had to drive in Fort Myers traffic to get any sort of reimbursement. It was supposed to be a gift from my daughter, but they didnt offer a refund, only more dead mums in trade or I could apply the credit and pay out of pocket for something more expensive. NOT how I wanted to celebrate my day. I would give the experience negative stars if I could. What a downer.

Comment: FM Florist saved our day!! I ordered flowers (from another florist) a week in advance for delivery on Friday. Not only did the florist NOT deliver on Friday but I received a text message from the florist Saturday morning at 900am PST stating they had a “technical glitch” and won’t be delivering at all. Grrrrr! We then called FM Florist and they were so kind and so helpful! They said they would put together a Designer Choice Bouquet and deliver it that day. They fulfilled their promise and my mother in law loved her flowers!! Thank you so much for fulfilling your promise! We will always use as our florist in Fort Myers!

Called a couple days in advance to place a delivery order and a new employee made a mistake in the computer so the flowers were not delivered in time but when I reached out to inquire- they were very apologetic, gave me a full refund and still delivered a beautiful arrangement. I think that is what shows great customer service and integrity. Never leave a bad review for a business without letting them correct a mistake first- things happen- be more understanding! I ordered the sunflower bouquet. The arrangement they delivered was different than the one I saw online (as they said it might be due to availability of flowers) but the arrangement they put together was even better in my opinion. My friend absolutely loved them. Also, the delivery driver called me when he got to the house and then texted me afterward to let me know they got the flowers. Im just really impressed with the experience beginning to end.

Comment: I was on the way to my Uncle Butch’s funeral in N. FT MYERS, FL,yesterday afternoon… over 500 miles from my home in S.E. Georgia.I realized at 4:45 pm that I had forgotten to order flowers!I got on the internet and saw that this florist was close to the funeral location and that they would close in 10 minutes. Oh no!!!!I called them and they could not have treated me better. They were not bothered at all that I called at closing time, and they actually went out of their way to make suggestions to help me decide what I wanted. They did not get in a hurry, and they did not make me feel rushed. I appreciated that so much. I ordered the Fall Fave Centerpiece, and a medium sized Peace Lily with a fall bow and fall leaves scattered around the bottom, and I was assured that they would deliver my order to the church at least an hour before the service.I was so relieved that they could accommodate me on such short notice. And they did it with a smile.When I got to the service and saw what they delivered I was more than pleased!The centerpiece looked exactly like the one on their website, and the peace lily was all shined up, sporting a beautiful fall bow and fall leaves…. exactly what I ordered, but even prettier than I expected.My Aunt Camille loved them, and this florist helped me put a smile on her face today.Thank you all for having such fantastic customer service!

Comment: I could not be more thankful for Greg and the team at Fort Myers Florist. I came in on a Sunday, less than two months before my wedding (my wedding was in March 2019) with a look of despair because my wedding planner and tentative florist had dropped the ball. I had no idea what I really wanted in terms of floral other than a few pictures and a lot of ideas floating in my brain. Greg sat down with my mom and I (with no appointment or warning) and outlined everything I would need. Then he went to the back, grabbed some floral he had and created pinterest-worthy examples within minutes. By the time I left, I had the confidence I needed to know that my floral was taken care of. Greg was so receptive and seemed to know exactly what I wanted, even more than I did! He was also timely and very professional. I had wanted dahilias but they were out of season so the owner called me and we were able to substitute a flower that was just as beautiful. Now the day of the wedding... I WAS BLOWN AWAY. Greg hand delivered my bouquet and made sure the set-up of floral on my arch was perfect. I was not expecting the amount of flowers and attention to detail that went in to each piece. I had given them succulents to add to the bouquets and they were the perfect addition. I know that Greg and his team took time and care in to each piece that was made and it exceeded all my expectations. The prices were fair, service was great, and quality was excellent. I cannot express how thankful l am for the team at Fort Myers Florist.

Comment: Greg is a visionary. I walked into Fort Myers Florist without an appointment and he sat down with me and created the flowers for my wedding. Greg makes sure that the flowers are cohesive with your décor and dress and guides you through the whole process. He sets you up with what is in your budget and then gives you scenarios if you do wish to upgrade, which I did 3 times. On the day of the wedding he personally delivered the flowers and set up my amazing arbor flowers with no problem at all. The communication between him and the staff at Fort Myers Florist is top notch and I highly recommend them for any occasion.

Comment: A few days after I placed my order online, Fort Myers Florist called me and said the vase for the arrangemet I ordered for Mothers Day was not available anymore. They said they were only able to put it in a clear vase. I said that was fine but when it arrived it was in the beautiful seafoam green vase! My mother ablsoultely loved it. I was just so thankful that they took the time to put the arrangement in a better vase after I said I was ok with clear. It was a big hit!
